    Perfect as a mixer with dry food

    Our GSD girl is too smart for chunks as she picks them out with ease so I have been looking for a wet dog food that is a pate or ground consistency so that I can easily mix it with dry food without any chunks. Before I buy any brand of food for my animals, I check the label and I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn’t full of all the oil and cheap filler for the price point it was at. The wet food itself mixes well with water, allowing me to mix it with kibble easily. It also lasts longer as I mix in only a quarter of the can in per feedings - two a day. Highly recommend as my dog loved it and couldn’t continue her cunning antics! … more

    Not a great topper

    We add wet food to our dog’s dry because he can be a picky eater and if he leaves it the fat cats will eat it. This food gets extremely hard when refrigerated so it’s difficult to get out of the can and hot water needs to be added for it to mix with the dry. We normally use the wellness 95 series which are very moist soft foods that stir easily even when cold but I wanted to find something more affordable. This is definitely affordable but not a fit for us. … more
