Excellent Food for the GI System
Our kittens are purebred with finicky GI systems. This food is our go-to, moist food; providing excellent nutrition and digestion, and helped firm up and keep their stool formed. The cats like the flavor and we're all happier!
Great food for a growing kitten
This food was vet- recommended for our kitten. We found her abandoned, and she had issues with digestion and weight. After 5 weeks on this Purina Pro Plan Chicken, Chicken and Liver and dry Chicken kibble, she's doing great. And Chewy brings it to my door, at a lower cost than in the pet stores, where I may or may not find it when I need it.
Has more oil/gelatin than the Chicken & Liver Entree, but does the job!
Our two kittens have been eating Purina Pro Plan Kitten since they were at the shelter, so we decided to try this Chicken Entree as we were running out. We had always fed them Chicken & Liver Grain Free, and compared to that, this one seems to be more oily or gelatinous. They still eat it fine, but I think I'll try to switch to a different product next time because this one has meat by-products.

My kitten does really well on this wet food. I just wish it were a little cheaper and that we could get a variety in one pack instead of just one flavor.

protein too high for adult cat
ordered this to sneak my cat's med in. he really liked this food, but last test creatinine was high and informed to stop! for those kittens i believe it will be fine.

Help! Will it ever be available again?
My kittens love this food. In fact, I’ve been unable to find an acceptable substitute since this has been unavailable. I’m hoping it hasn’t been permanently discontinued. These picky guys have unequivocally rejected the Pro Plan chicken & liver entree, which Purina recommended as their best substitute.
