We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow your dog to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. A good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, Adult dog fed once daily.

Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily.

Transition Instructions

You should consider transitioning gradually to new pet foods to help eliminate any digestive issues. We recommend consumers introduce a new pet food over a period of 7 - 10 days to help avoid digestive upset. The first day we recommend mixing 10 percent of the new food with 90 percent of the current food. Each day, increase the amount of the new food while decreasing the amount of the current food.

Our vet recommended ProPlan Grain Free for our dogs who are allergic to beef and grains. They're picky eaters and they love this food. Patti K.

    Fantastic!

Discovered my mini dachshund had a food allergy to the Blue Buffalo he had eaten all his life and switched my pups to this at my vet’s recommendation. Could not be happier with it! Both my boys LOVE this food and they’re healthier than ever. My vet recommends this food over all others and now I know why.

Best I have tried for my Rat Terriers

    By on

This must be the best tasting dry dog food, according to my Ratties. Before I tried this, they would eat very few chunks of dry food and just eat the canned, wasting so much. The dogs are 10 years old, and I have tried MANY different kibble foods, even got expensive ones, and this is the first they eat all of!!!

    Jury still out.

Have used other blends of the same brand with better results. Pet will eat when hungry enough but seems to prefer other flavor blends.

    They love this food!

Both dogs are doing better on this food. Has more calories per cup so they eat less and have less poop. Pede's skin allergy cleared up quickly on this new food.
