Dog food
This Pro Plan Purina Adult dry dog food for sensitive skin and stomach seems to be working out well for my guy. He’ll be seven years old this month and I wanted to start him on a Senior diet. He’s been on a salmon rice diet, since he was a little guy, so I wanted to switch to something similar. So far so good. he seems to like it and is doing well.
Switched for skin issues
I have switched my Roxie from Purina Digestive Health Formula to Purina Sensitive Skin & Stomach. She is doing much better. She isn't chewing her feet nearly as much and hasn't had any signs of stomach issues. I think this was a good change for her and she seems to love the new food. Thank you
We fnally found a winner!
Our beloved, male Flat Coated Retrieve is allergic to all beef. He also has a smaller throat needing smaller bite sized pieces, and as he has aged, he has developed other allergies to foods causing him to vomit, often. We had him on one food for almost nine years until it was no longer working for him due to his issues and we went through three other trials of other foods before landing on this. It has been almost eight weeks now on this and he has not thrown it up once. He likes the bite sizes, too, and he is not being picky, in fact his appetite has returned to puppy-hood level. In addition, his beautiful black coat has also been much healthier looking, it is MUCH easier to comb, and not knotting up...a welcome change with us being in the very hot, humid and rainy summer season South where his favorite thing to do is swim and play in his backyard with his brother pup.

My dog has had some challenges with sensitive stomach and skin problems. She was also being finicky with her food. I changed her to Purina Pro plan Sensitive Stomach/skin for senior dogs. She enjoys the food and she seems to be doing better with digestion.

My dog was on another brand of food, chicken based and was throwing up very often, sometimes every day. Even though I'm not impressed with the ingredients, I decided to try Pro Plan sensitive stomach formula, fish & rice. He seems to be doing much better on this! I would love if they added taurine to their food. Then I'd be convinced that it's a good product.

OUR ANSWER!
Our 11yr old Golden Retriever has always had a sensitive stomach and we've tried all kinds of foods and supplements to help her. I tried this on a whim and after nearly a month I can say our house no longer smells like a rotten egg and our pup's stomach doesn't sound like a nonstop maritime battle is happening inside it.
Excellent for Skin Allergies
We bought the Salmon & Rice formula in hopes it would help our Saint Bernard with his skin allergies. 4 weeks in and his coat looks great and no hot spots!
My Dog Really Likes This Brand
I was originally purchasing this for my dog but when renewal come up it was out of stock so I opted for a different brand. However, my dog did not seem to particularly like that one as the pieces were larger. I went back to this when the next renewal came up and my dog dug right in. I highly recommend it for the medium size dog with a sensitive stomach.

My pup is about to turn 8 soon so I put her on the hill’s senior vitality recipe lately. However after a few weeks on that food she started to act lethargic and reluctant to eat! I was really concerned so I searched around and decided to try this one. Immediately she was much more keen on this kibble and seems a lot more enthusiastic and energetic. Very impressed so far. I’ve also had a suspicion that she has a slight poultry allergy so it’s nice to find a food that is poultry free, but also meets her needs as a senior. The kibble isn’t super tiny but also small dog friendly which is great. She is basically in-between a mini and small dog and seems to prefer kibble pieces around this size versus the mini varieties. Not relating to this dry food, but I will also mention that the Pro Plan wet foods are DISGUSTING. My dog much prefers the Hill’s wet foods and I’ll say as a human they smell and look much better too. I do like this kibble a lot but I’ll stick to Hill’s for wet food, even though their senior kibble didn’t work out for us.
