picky eater approved
I have a high energy very lean border collie/ heeler mix who just turned a year old. She is the pickiest eater. Refused all the high end dry puppy food I tried (I tried 8 different brands) even with bone broth on it. I tried this on a whim as I was getting desperate and she loves it! I use it as a topper with her regular dry dog food and now she eats everything in her dish and is finally putting on some healthy weight. This was a great solution without breaking the bank.
Finally eating meals
My small breed puppy was not eating up her dry puppy food even after adding beef broth to it. After mixing the dry food with 1 oz. of canned + 2 tablespoons beef broth she started eating all her meals again.
Gives gas and diarrhea
Has always given my golden retriever gas. Sometimes these cans have a lot of liquid in them. That’s when it gave her horrible diarrhea. So I had to stop giving to her. Tried the beef and turkey.
Everything they need in one can!
I have 8 fur babies ranging from ages 2 to 11 years old. My older girls are finicky and as such, it is hard to maintain their ideal weight much less be able to accomplish it via healthy means. Thankfully, Purina has them covered with their puppy formula, high protein beef & rice entree's. If you have small dogs, most will agree that they are very active. Metabolisms run high and so when there's a small dogs whos highly active and a picky eater, it's hard to pack on the pounds. This product is loved by both and is offering them exactly what they need to promote their overall health and wellness. When I open the can, they come running, which has been a blessing in and of itself. Thank you Purina for keeping all fur babies in mind when creating great tasting and healthy food options for our pets. I highly recommend.
Excellent for Puppies!
My puppy LOVES the Purina Pro Plan SPORT Puppy High Protein Beef & Rice. He goes crazy for it! He’s naturally super hyper and extremely high energy but it was like a whole new level of excitement when I gave him this food. I like that beef is the number one ingredient and it has a blend of 23 vitamins and minerals and antioxidants to support a healthy immune system. I feel good knowing that I’m feeding him something that supports his growing body and that he loves. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.
My dogs favorite food
Purina pro plan high protein beef and rice is my puppies new favorite food. My German Shepherd puppy has so much energy and runs a lot during the day. She definitely needs a lot of protein and this wet food is perfect for her. She loved the flavor and the food was gone in no time and wanted definitely more after she was done. I also love that it has DHA for brain and vision development. Also it has antioxidants to support your dogs healthy immune system and it contains 23 essential vitamins and minerals. I love that it has no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. I have always several cans at home and will continue buying it.

My puppy loved Purina pro plan high protein beef and rice. She was so excited to try this new wet dog food. I love that it's made for athletic pups. It's a 13 oz can its delicious beef and rice flavor, it has real meat and has DHA for their brain and vision development. My pup went crazy over this dog food, and she wanted more. Great addition to daily feeding
I received this product for free from Fur Buddies and Purina in exchange for my honest review. I normally feed my fur babies dry food but this was a great addition to mix in and they absolutely loved it! I appreciate that this has a sufficient amount of protein as they are very active pups. I'll definitely be adding this to their diet a few times weekly. Thank you so much for this opportunity.
Good food for active pups
My Shih Tzu puppy is a picky eater and normally doesnt like beef. Surprisingly, he gobbled this up happily. He is very high energy at this stage in his life so I like that this formula is geared towards that. This is great as a food topper also. Puppy Loves It
My dog loves this food as soon as I put it in her bowl she's eating it right up and licking her bowl clean. I mix it with a little dry kibble so she gets the best of both worlds. It looks and smells like a beef and rice dinner and not like canned dog food. She doesn't have any smelly gas like her old food used to give her. I will be keeping my pup on this food.
