My beagle loves this food but the last two cases have been straight up rotgut. White spots on the top of the food and the food looks like it has a weird layer of goo on it. Smells horrible. 31531159 Lot L2B920350 Best Buy June 2025. Gave my dog severe diarrhea. The entire case was off. Chewy was kind enough to send a new case. Same situation. Another case is on the way, we shall see what happens with that. I bought 2 cans at my vets office, same info on bottom of can, same experience when I opened can. Do better Purina! This food isn’t cheap. Thank you Chewy for good customer service.
My Miniature Schnauzer kept having stomach issues and the vet recommended this when he was sick and also advised he could stay on it since this breed needs a lower fat content. I give him this and also Iams Healthy Digestion kibble each meal. He loves this. Always eats it first which is fine then the kibble helps clean his teeth. He hasn't been getting sick with loose stools since he's been on this.
My Rat Terrier was having terrible stomach issues with bloating and constipation. No matter what I tried he wasn’t getting any better. Even cooking him fresh boiled chicken, rice and green beans and feeding him smaller amounts throughout the day. It wasn’t until I tried the Purina Pro Plan EN that he finally got relief. It only took a day or two. I could pick him up without him having any pain for the first time in a long time! I would definitely recommend this product.
My sweet boxer needed a dog food that didn’t upset his stomach. This Purina EN product is doing its job. My dog loves it! (We sometimes use the dry EN food too.) Highly recommend.
My older dog with problems with diarrhea does better with this than any other food. She also eats the canned and dry form without problems.
Gidget has diabetes and is recovering from pancreatitis. Our veterinarian put Gidget on this food and she likes this. She has to eat every 4 hours so she likes that also. It has helped her, she is like a puppy again.
I have been giving my pup this food for at least 3 years with no problem. Lately, I have been receiving cans very badly dented and black mold on the food. I have thrown more away than used. This is not cheap by any means but, I am not going to get my pup sick feeding her bad food.
My one dog was having stomach issues, Touch of colitis off and on, I VET gave me this food and it really did make a difference so I just add a little bit to her regular food and it seems to be helping quite a bit. She hasn’t had any problems since. Bonus, she loves it
Just received my two cases of wet dog food. & of the cans were so badly dented we had to put in the garbage. This is the first time this has happened. We have been very happy with our orders in the past. This order looks like it was run over by something.
My miniature golden doodle would not eat any dog food I brought home I went through everything. She ended up having stomach trouble and the doctor put her on this prescription food and she loves it!
