Unfortunately, my picky eater won't touch it anymore. Was good about for the first few days, but then each day after that he ate less and less to now the point of he just walks away. Will be talking to his vet to see if we can try a different brand.
Our vet had us place our dog on this after we discovered she had bladder stones. She hasn’t been on it long enough yet to say if the stones won’t come back but she certainly likes the taste. Good so far.
My dog was recently diagnosed with stones in her urine. She was put on a certain prescription kind of food. I chose pro plan UR. She loves this food. She dances every time she gets fed. She is a pretty good dancer for weighing 70 pounds. I recommend this food for urinary problems but always check with your vet. I just wish it was cheaper in price. Lol
This is my dog's first wet food, but she can't get enough of it! Hoping it helps with her UR issues!
This is a new diet my senior dog is on. I was Leary about her not liking it. I have a teaspoon to try and she devoured it. I mix it with the dry form and now she loves both! I even give her some with her seizure medicine and she takes it no problem
My dogs really like this wet food. My miniature schnauzers have renal problems and need to take it. They are ok the dry renal dog food.
I love Pro Plan, it’s what I always feed my dogs and I’ve never had a complaint about any of their formulas. Unfortunately, my dog, who isn’t picky, wouldn’t eat this food. He ate 6 cans over 3 days, and I couldn’t get him to eat it past that (he should have been eating close to 3 cans a day). It also didn’t seem to increase his frequency of urination. We switched to Royal Canin’s SO canned formula and he loves it, plus it immediately increased his urination frequency and quantity.
unfortunately, I had rescued a stray dog, and she died before we could get her in good health again
My 12 year old had to have surgery because of the build up of crystals in her urine. For a year I was feeding her Royal Canine wet food and would have to literally convince her to eat and sometimes have to sit on the floor while she did. The vet suggested we tried this food! I’m so happy we switch as soon as my puppy took her first bite she was hooked! It must be way more favorable and is working great for her inner parts! Highly recommend for picky eaters!
My really picky corgi who thinks she should only be eating human food loves this!
