how can I put my, coupon in

I understand that you can't use coupons on the site. I was told by Chewy that you had to send them the coupon, they would then send it to the sponsoring company to validate?? Not being able to easily use coupons with Chewy is my biggest complaint and no promo code ever works?!?

Empty and clean the OLD box(es) with a mild soap and start with fresh litter. Keep the Breeze Litter Box System next to the OLD box. Combine the existing litter in the OLD box with 2 cups of Breeze pellets. Each day, maintain the OLD box and add ¼ cup of Breeze litter pellets until the OLD box contains 70% Breeze litter pellets and 30% old litter. If cat continues to use the OLD box with this 70/30 mixture, slowly start reducing the amount of litter in the OLD box by ½ cup per day until there is hardly any litter left in the OLD box. Once your cat is consistently using the Breeze Litter Box System to urinate and defecate, remove the OLD box.
How deep is the litter in the box with a 3.5 bag in it? Can two bags be used at once?

The system is at capacity with just one 3.5-lb bag of litter pellets. This will last up to a month. When purchasing the 7-lb bag, the instructions are to use half of the bag and then change the litter as needed using the other half of the bag. This should last you around 2 months.
Can the drawer on the bottom for the pad be completely removed for cleaning separately from the rest of the system?

The tray is completely removable for cleaning.

Good potential BUT...

The idea is great but the design needs to be worked on. I think this box is good for a kitten( a very small cat) I have a 15lb cat that doesn't have room to turn or to fit its behind. My cat used to dig all the way to the bottom with the regular litter...lol But with the pellets she shakes her paws as if it's painful to step on them and she refuses to cover her poop. (Possibly she just needs to get used to the new feeling) So imagine not enough room and poop on top of the pellets. In other words this box or the one with top cover design are too small for an adult cat 100% Go with XL size or look for something else.

Be cautious when you think you'll get a week before changing the pad.

In all fairness, maybe a week of urine from a healthy cat would be reasonable. My senior urinates enough in two days that the tray overflows if I don't change the pad every other day. I would love to see a design with a deeper tray option. LOVE the concept but for senior/ailing cats or multiple cats, I'd plan to stock up on the pads and be around to switch them daily or you'll have a wet floor.

Best decision!

It took me awhile to finally purchase this system as I was unsure if my cats would both use it. I was tired of the dust from other litter and the tracking through the house. I was worried they wouldn’t use it or it would smell, but it has been a game changer! Only changing the pellets once a month is great! Pellets are light, so no more heavy bags of litter. There is not tracking or dust. My cats had no issue adjusting to it. I just scoop it and change the pee pad regularly. I have already purchased 2. Love it.

Tidy Breeze Litter Box

We have had two others for a very long time. Cats didn’t use them much until recently when their usage increase a lot. So we decided to order a third one. Overall I think they will cost less to maintain than the wood litter we have been using. Hoping to transition over to only Tidy Breeze. My cats kick out the pellets but they are much easier to sweep up, and reuse, than the wood litter we have been using. Would recommend trying the system.

OMG

This is the BEST litter box EVER. One of our cats has outright REFUSED to use the litter boxes for the last three years. We've gone through every shape, and size of box. Every type of litter (including pretty litter), and he refused. We were spending hundreds on puppy pads, so he didn't use the floor. He, along with our others are using it with no problems. In the last two weeks, we only had to remove two soiled puppy pads, and that's only because our other cat is in the habit of burying her stuff, by grabbing the puppy pad and making it cover the poops. Not always, but sometimes. You have NO idea how much this system has already saved us. Thank you Tidy Cat.

Litter Box

I switched my kittens old box to this Breeze system and it’s a game changer! I love the bottom drawer that holds the pee pads, so easy to change the pads. She luvs the higher sides so no more scattered litter pellets! The pellets r terrific at odor control! I recommend this system to all cat parents - it’s a BREEZE!

Size does matter!

The product description provides dimensions in inches, but that didn't transfer well to my cat's pounds. Lily weighs 11 pounds, and this litterbox was too small for her. Her pee landed on the ledge instead of inside the box. Otherwise, I think this would be great for small cats. It was easy to assemble. The drawer pulled out easily to toss the pad. It's just too small.

think twice

I don’t like this sadly I bought 2 one is unused in the box I have 2 large male cats that over fill the tray and I get urine to the rim. I wish I never bought it at all but it sounded like a great idea I even have a large bag of unopened pellets Just think it out

Verdict Still out

Thought this would be great. Maybe the pellets could be smaller. My kitty seems to have issues with covering up the stool. She started going OUTSIDE the box Changing pads is easy by pulling tray out but definitely have to change them more frequently than once a week Might have to change the entire thing out.

Great cat box

I love this cat box. The cats love this cat box. No more tracking litter everywhere. Easy to scoop the poop out so I think the pellets will last a month like it says. The only draw back I see is I will use more pee pads because I have 2 cats but I have bought a bunch when they were on sale. I am very happy I got this.
