Did they change the ingredients to include cow milk?

Churpi, the Nepalese word for hard cheese, is made by farmers all over Nepal. The "low land" farms generally support cattle and the "high land" farmers Yaks. Since QT Dog collects from all over, they've added "cow milk" to the ingredients.

Most of the chews are not the advertised weight...

Most of the chews I received were not 5 ozs as advertised. Often half an ounce or more less than stated. I contacted Chewy and the manufacturer directly before writing this review. Chewy responded, but the manufacturer did not. I buy the chew for 7 large dogs and expect each chew to be at least the advertised size. When you multiply the loss on each chew by the number I purchase... I will not be buying any more.

So far, so good

I have a 115lb rottie who is an obsessive chewer - he tends not to stop until it's gone or I take it away. So pleased to say that after an hour of intense chewing that there's hardly a dent in it. He seems to enjoy the taste, it lasts long, and I've seen other reviews talk about a smell...it seemed to be odor free to me! Two paws up!

Great for power chewers

My pitbull and rottweiler love these. They will chew on them for hours, occasionally days before the piece is small enough that it needs to be taken away then I soak it in water for 30 min and put it in microwave for 1 min and then it swells into a large cheese puff for them to finish

My dog LOVES them

I make sure to have one of these lying around at all times. I get the jumbo ones for my mini poodle and they typically last him well over a month.

Vizsla loves!

My Vizsla puppy loves this bone!! Super hard and lasts forever - don’t drop them from high up - texture is like a stale super hard sugar daddy candy pop - smells like smoked grass cheese. I’d recommend!

This was just okay

Pros: Lasted a while for my German Shepherd, she seemed to like the taste. Cons: Upset her stomach a bit, very expensive, still only lasts a few hours tops.

Dogs didn't like them

I bought something different this time: an extra large chew for my Great Pyrenees and a small chew for my Mini Dachshund. Both dogs tolerated them and chewed on them for a couple of hours, but they were just ok; I won't buy them again. For both my dogs, nothing beats split elk antlers, which I will buy again next time.
