Works well for walks, but don't use it with a tie out if you have a large dog
By Embooh on Mar 21, 2020
This has been a great harness for walking my 95 pound Rottweiler mix. I love having a front clip, back clip and a small handle if needed. Unfortunately the design of the back clip is not very strong. Rather than being a ring, it's a D shape with a section the leash clips to, and slit in the metal that connects to the harness. That slit section was not up to the task of holding my dog as he took off towards a squirrel while tethered. He snapped it immediately. Still a decent harness, but be careful how you use it if you have a large dog.

Didn't last a year
By Kris on May 16, 2020
Good harness for the first 10 months... now if my dog pulls, one side comes unclipped. Today it came unclipped as soon as he pulled and for the first time he got completely out of it and ran away. My pup is only 22lbs, so not a large dog.

Plenty of head room.
By Jared on Dec 19, 2019
Works great, My pitbull chews on it but nothing extreme like a toy and it's held up great. When adjusted right I can pick my 55lb dog up by it's handle with little discomfort and doesn't tangle up the leash. For price and durability it has been great.

definitely NOT for a chewer :(
By dane22mom on Dec 1, 2019
i have bought several of these, as my great dane pup chews through them (and i've only had him for four months!! -he's 15mo old) having bought several different types of harnesses, which he has chewed through all, i'm going for the least expensive!!

First perfect harness in years
By mikimonster on Sep 30, 2019
I was searching for a harness for my senior for several reasons. For years, I have wanted to move away from the neck collars, and as a senior, my dog has been straining her muscles more often and I wanted a way to give her an assist when she needed it. My dog is a sturdy and athletic 50 pounds, but with a wide deep chest and short body she has always been difficult to size. Not quite a small, not quite a medium type of girl. This is the first harness I have ever tried that seems perfect. The undercarriage is far enough away from her armpits that they don't chafe. The bottom straps even have an extra elastic give that stretches with movement. Security is also a necessity in my case as my dog I was searching for a harness for my senior for several reasons. My girl is pretty good these days, but as luck would have it, on our first walk with the harness, we were able to put the strength of this harness to the test with 2 dog encounters. The harness was solid. It didn't slip anywhere and maintained a good grip on a crazy dog. The harness remains snug around her body and yet has enough flexibility that whether running, jumping, hiking, or lying down, it is comfortable on her body. Trust me, I've checked. I've used this everyday for 3 weeks now for city walks, hiking and trail running. I love it. … more

Really like this harness
By Candace on Oct 9, 2019
Really like this harness. It has plenty of room for adjustment. I purchased a medium for our growing puppy - the medium has lasted from 25 lbs to over 40lbs (a little big to start, now 24 inch girth). The front ring works well to stop pulling and keep our dog's attention on walks. My only complaint is the panel on his back seems a little short overall bringing the straps closer to his armpits than I like. Will order a larger size as he needs it.

Will stick with this brand as puppy grows
By CheyenneW on Sep 2, 2019
We got the small for for a 3 month old, playful, hyper, 21 pound golden retriever puppy. It was large around the neck and the neck isn't real adjustable and he will be growing out of this within two months it appears- those are my reasons for 4-stars instead of 5. However, it is cushioned and appears comfortable, has been very sturdy, easy to put on and it also helps with pulling. The handle on the back is also very helpful as we can easily guide him away from stuff he tries to get into (everything!). We got the orange and it is very reflective. Will be getting the next size up as soon as he outgrows the small size.

No Pull Harness
By PhoebesMom on Oct 15, 2019
I finally got it cinched in to fit. Our first walk was not a huge success. I wish the collar came with more instructions. Clipping the leash on the front just pulled around her. We will practice and fingers crossed it will work. Otherwise, as a harness style, it is great.

Large but NOT large
By SadiesMom on Sep 5, 2019
I ordered a Large Harness for my Shepherd and planned on using it during our vacation. I wish I would have opened the package and checked it over before leaving. Long story short, I went to put it on my furbaby and it was nowhere near a large. I checked the tag and the L was crossed off and a S was written in. I would say this must have come directly from the vendor of Rabbitgoo because Chewy is an All Star with their products.

Adore this halter!!!
By Outdoormom on Aug 18, 2019
I LOVE this halter!! My boy pulls so hard but with this halter, while he still pulls, it is easier on both of us. I no longer worry about him hurting his neck when he lunges at deer or rabbits. We run trails all the time and he minds it so well. He had also started swimming and the handle allows me to get him up out of the water if needed. The dual clips provide me with a choice of how I want him attached to the leash. We also use it in the car to help him stay buckled in. With the durability and comfort this harness has, I am seriously considering buying another one just to have as a back up!
