  • Sabastain's favorite flavor

    By on

We have 3 dogs the other two will eat anything and quickly even with the bowls that help them eat slower. Sabastain has always been a slow eater and in his old age he doesn't always eat his standard serving. When that happens I just grab a container of muttballs throw a spoon or two on top and he gobbles his food up faster than the other two. I will always have Chicken and Muttballs in my house along with the other Rachel Ray products.

There is no question our dog loves to eat, but her anticipation of this meal is pure excitement. We are concerned about nutrition, and keeping our girl at a healthy weight. This is a favorite treat meal served once or twice a week with her kibble.

  • disappointed in Rachel Ray

    By on

My dogs are getting older and finicky in eating habits. We find we need to rotate food to keep them eating. I bought the Nutrish (multiple cases actually); and while they like the food, if was terribly disappointed in Rachel Ray because it is a product of Thailand. I did not realize it until i got it in the cupboard and compared it to several of the other brands i purchased at the same time....all products of the USA. In addition, the containers are not recyclable. I won't buy again, we lost 2 dogs due to the China food some years ago and we have stuck with USA foods since. I expected more out of her line.

  • Saydee gave it 4 paws up!

    By on

Saydee loves the muttballs. The reason I didn't give it 5 is the pasta. Saydee refuses to eat it, pushing it to the side of her bowl. They should just drop that ingredient anyway. I counted 3 small strips about 2 inches long and sometimes there is even less. So why bother?

  • great food!

I have two small dogs. 15 lbs. Shih Tzu mix and Scottie mix.. Nutrish has worked miracles for their food allergies which caused ear and skin issues. They have been on Nutrish for over a year now & are much happier & healthier. They love all of the different flavors available. (This flavor and stroganoff do come in a meatball shape, so you may have to cut it up for toy breeds.)Mine are just large enough to eat this flavor with no problems. I can't recommend the brand enough if you suspect food allergies. Saw results very quickly with this product.

  • Bark a Lots

At first the fur-babies, couldn't wait to try the new food out, after two meals, they no longer wanted it. But I give it a five star, because I am going through a tough time with my fur-babies, they eat something for awhile, then stop. But I wont stop until I find the right food, that they like.

We have finally found a meal that Chrissy eats right up! Note ~ we traveled extensively out west to and from Alaska this summer. This meal and all of Nutrish items difficult to find. Stock up before traveling if you travel that way!

  • Small serving, but that's kind of a plus

No leftovers, and if there were, this plastic container goes right in the refrigerator. Ruby seems to like them okay, although once or twice she's turned up her nose. We've tried all the flavors now, and this is one of her favorites.

  • A Favorite!

My dog loves these muttballs! If I put anything but chicken in his food he’s not as likely to eat it. But he devours this like he’s gone weeks without eating. It’s hilarious to watch but also wonderful that I finally found what he likes.
