Growing Puppies: Puppies should be completely weaned by 6 - 8 weeks of age. After weaning, feed them all they want 3 times daily to 6 months of age and 2 times daily to 12 months of age. If desired, Rachael Ray™ Nutrish Zero Grain can be fed moistened. To feed moistened, mix 1/4 cup of water to 2 of Rachael Ray™ Nutrish Zero Grain Turkey and Potato.

Once your dog is only eating Nutrish, keep in mind that feeding guidelines on the bag are a guide. Your dog's individual needs will vary based upon his size, his activity level and even his age. And overfeeding is a common source of digestive upset. Be sure to check your dog's weight and adjust feeding levels to maintain a healthy weight. And, don't forget to see your vet regularly.

About Rachael Ray Zero Grain Dog Food

All the Flavor Without the Grains

All the Flavor Without the Grains

Rachael Ray wanted to create a meal that's good for your dog and full of flavor—just like her people recipes—but without grains or glutens that can cause allergies. So she whipped up Nutrish Zero Grain Dog Food, a kibble that's made with real salmon and real U.S. farm-raised turkey, beef and bison. Meat is always the first ingredient, and each recipe is gluten-free and grain-free for a protein-rich meal that's perfect for pups with food allergies or sensitive stomachs.

Why Grain-Free?

As a dog lover herself, Rachael Ray wants the best for your furry family members. And since dogs naturally eat a diet that's low in grains, she figured, why not make a dog food that matches? With Zero Grain, your pup can dine on the delicious real meat he craves. Combined with a moderate amount of carbs from easy-to-digest vegetables, this grain-free formula provides complete and balanced nutrition for your dog.

More Room for the Good Stuff

More Room for the Good Stuff

Because every bag is full of premium red meat, poultry or seafood, plus nourishing veggies, there's just no room for the stuff your pup doesn't need. That includes fillers, glutens, poultry by-product meals, and artificial colors, preservatives and flavors. Rachael Ray calls this the "junk" that doesn't belong in your dog's dish, so she made sure it never ends up there.

Going Above and Beyond

Rachael Ray collaborated with the people at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition—people who really know pet food—to create these delicious masterpieces. For more than 80 years, they've produced top-quality pet foods with ingredients that are sourced from trusted partners. The recipes are inspired by Rachael's own culinary creations, and made by a company that goes well above and beyond government food safety standards.

  • Yellow Lab Loves this

    By on

This is a great no grain dog food. My senior yellow lab loves it. I have tried other no grain, more expensive food but find this to be one of the best. It is reasonably priced and her stomach issues and itching have completely resolved since she has been on Nutrish.

  • Dog with food allergies LOVES this food!

    By on

My 2 year old pittie has horrible allergies to grains, so bad that he has scratched all his fur from his neck and even cut his skin open. We tried to go from one dog food that was extremely expensive to something a little cheaper but he started having allergy issues again. Luckily the lovely people at Chewy helped us out and we got this Rachael Ray Nutrish food. OH MY GOODNESS he has never looked better. It's amazing what a little bit of good dog food can do for a puppy!

  • Good So Far!

My 8-year-old Lab/Springer Spaniel mix has a whole slew of "problems" - sensitive stomach, gluten/wheat allery, dry skin, bad metabolism - you name it! He's in great health and great shape for his age, but it's a LOT of work keeping him that way. He's eaten Blue Buffalo his entire life (with me), and never had a problem with it. He's been on the Wilderness grain-free food for some years now, but hard financial times have had me searching for better value for money. Enter Rachael Ray's "Nutrish" brand. When I first adopted him, his owners were feeding him another line of her stuff - jam-packed with fillers, additives, and stuff he didn't need (which made my 62 lb. dog 97 lbs!). I was really skeptical when I saw this, but decided to try it out after reading the ingredients. One month later, and my Taz is still in great health! He LOVES the food, and it's had no negative effects on his health. His weight can fluctuate easily, and he hasn't put on a pound since being on this stuff. His allergies are still under control, and he has had no GI problems since being switched, either. The benefit for me is the price - I'm able to buy a 30 lb. bag for $35, whereas the Wilderness was $45 for a 24 lb. bag. Thanks for making a high-quality, competitively-priced food for my pooch! … more

  • Great product!

I was very hesitant in trying a new food for my dogs because when I tried giving them anything but Fromms they either wouldnt eat it or have bowl issues. They both love this food.

  • Dogs liked it.

In my quest to find a good match specifically for my Aussie, this was our 4th trial. 2/3 of my dogs have no issues with any Rachel Ray nutrish food, they liked the food but I wouldn't say they loved it. They had a small bout of gas for about a week, after that they were good until I accidentally bought RRNJ6 in lamb and brown rice. They loooove that flavor.

I have Boerboel mastiff. She has been on this food for a while. I changed from Taste of Wild because this was more cost effective. She likes it and I mix it with Rachel's wet twice a week for a change. Chewy delivery service is the best.

  • We love Nutrish Zero

We were away in vacation and we ran out of dog food. I went to the store and bought a bag of RR's Nutrish. Our dog loved it. He loved it so much that he didn't want to go back to his old food. So we switched.

My pups LOVE this dog food! They had gotten to a point with their old food where it was boring, with this, you would think I was serving them steak!
