About Rachael Ray Zero Grain Dog Food

All the Flavor Without the Grains

All the Flavor Without the Grains

Rachael Ray wanted to create a meal that's good for your dog and full of flavor—just like her people recipes—but without grains or glutens that can cause allergies. So she whipped up Nutrish Zero Grain Dog Food, a kibble that's made with real salmon and real U.S. farm-raised turkey, beef and bison. Meat is always the first ingredient, and each recipe is gluten-free and grain-free for a protein-rich meal that's perfect for pups with food allergies or sensitive stomachs.

Why Grain-Free?

As a dog lover herself, Rachael Ray wants the best for your furry family members. And since dogs naturally eat a diet that's low in grains, she figured, why not make a dog food that matches? With Zero Grain, your pup can dine on the delicious real meat he craves. Combined with a moderate amount of carbs from easy-to-digest vegetables, this grain-free formula provides complete and balanced nutrition for your dog.

More Room for the Good Stuff

More Room for the Good Stuff

Because every bag is full of premium red meat, poultry or seafood, plus nourishing veggies, there's just no room for the stuff your pup doesn't need. That includes fillers, glutens, poultry by-product meals, and artificial colors, preservatives and flavors. Rachael Ray calls this the "junk" that doesn't belong in your dog's dish, so she made sure it never ends up there.

Going Above and Beyond

Rachael Ray collaborated with the people at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition—people who really know pet food—to create these delicious masterpieces. For more than 80 years, they've produced top-quality pet foods with ingredients that are sourced from trusted partners. The recipes are inspired by Rachael's own culinary creations, and made by a company that goes well above and beyond government food safety standards.

  • Great quality for a great price

    By on

I switched my dogs from a more expensive bag of Blue Buffalo Wilderness to this. They both seem to love it, and their tummy issues seem to have settled down significantly, as well. I was very impressed with what great quality of ingredients you get here with such an affordable price. My only complaint is that the food seems to have a “best before” date of only 2 weeks after purchase date, so i’d recommend getting one bag at a time. One of my dogs would literally look me in the eye with her sweet, loving expression and AUDIBLY pass wind with the last food though, so i’ll gladly take the reduced shelf life for better quality!

  • My dog loves it!

    By on

My dog was never a huge eater. She ate her meals on her own time. I decided to get a salmon flavored food because she always seemed to eat up the cat's food (which was fish flavored) before she would eat her own. She loves this food and I love the ingredients in it. I will continue to buy!

  • Salmon&SweetPotato

    By on

First and foremost love the zero grain food. I buy the salmon and sweet potato for more Omega 3 in their diet. I have been using the Rachael Ray Nutrish for 4 years now. My 3 fur babies love all the different flavors of the Nutrish.

  • Dogs didn't like

    By on

I have 10 dogs and not one of them would eat this good. Usually at least one out of the bunch would like a food I bought but none of them would eat the food. Makes me wonder if something might have been wrong with the food.

I love this food. My dog is very particular, she doesn't like some of the other flavors of Nutrish, but she loves this one. She has been eating it for several months now. She cant wait for mealtime.

  • So far, so good!

    By on

The dogs are enjoying it. (Two Beagles and a Scottish Deerhound.) I've only had it a few weeks so it's too soon to tell what the other benefits are but I'm happy to have a food without grain in it to give them.

  • Grain allergy

    By on

My Jack Russell has a grain allergy and was constantly chewing his feet. I switched him to this and not only does he love it, his coat is so much nicer and he doesn't have pink, irritated skin anymore!

  • My dog loves it.

    By on

My dog loves the food and seems to have less dry skin. I only worry about easy it breaks up. I feel like I am going to have powdered dog food at the end. But, I will have to wait and see.
