About Rachael Ray Zero Grain Dog Food

All the Flavor Without the Grains

All the Flavor Without the Grains

Rachael Ray wanted to create a meal that's good for your dog and full of flavor—just like her people recipes—but without grains or glutens that can cause allergies. So she whipped up Nutrish Zero Grain Dog Food, a kibble that's made with real salmon and real U.S. farm-raised turkey, beef and bison. Meat is always the first ingredient, and each recipe is gluten-free and grain-free for a protein-rich meal that's perfect for pups with food allergies or sensitive stomachs.

Why Grain-Free?

As a dog lover herself, Rachael Ray wants the best for your furry family members. And since dogs naturally eat a diet that's low in grains, she figured, why not make a dog food that matches? With Zero Grain, your pup can dine on the delicious real meat he craves. Combined with a moderate amount of carbs from easy-to-digest vegetables, this grain-free formula provides complete and balanced nutrition for your dog.

More Room for the Good Stuff

More Room for the Good Stuff

Because every bag is full of premium red meat, poultry or seafood, plus nourishing veggies, there's just no room for the stuff your pup doesn't need. That includes fillers, glutens, poultry by-product meals, and artificial colors, preservatives and flavors. Rachael Ray calls this the "junk" that doesn't belong in your dog's dish, so she made sure it never ends up there.

Going Above and Beyond

Rachael Ray collaborated with the people at Ainsworth Pet Nutrition—people who really know pet food—to create these delicious masterpieces. For more than 80 years, they've produced top-quality pet foods with ingredients that are sourced from trusted partners. The recipes are inspired by Rachael's own culinary creations, and made by a company that goes well above and beyond government food safety standards.

  • Dog's allergies are gone!

    By on

We were using a different brand of dog food and it claimed to be grain free, but my dog still had an allergic reaction (we shelled out big $$$$ for allergy testing). Once we switched to Nutrish, our dog's allergic feet got much better inside a week's time. We'll definitely be sticking with a truly Zero Grain dog food like Nutrish Zero Grain Chicken and Sweet Potato.

  • 4 Dogs Eating it At My Home

    By on

I switched over to this brand when my 12 yr old Aussie mix started getting an upset tummy from the food she'd been on since a baby. It's gentle on her and all 4 of our dogs love it. Poop is what I watch too, having owned horses forever. 4 dogs have consistent healthy poop with little odor. I really like the product.

  • Pleasantly surprised

    By on

I have 4 dogs (all mutts) ranging from small to large size. My smallest dog has seizures so I needed a grain free alternative for her health. I used to purchase taste of the wild but I needed to trim the budget so I looked for alternatives. I gave Rachel Ray a try and have been pleasantly surprised. My dogs have taken to it with ease. No digestive issues, and they gobble it down without hesitation. I use it in there kong toys for treats also. I plan on continuing to use Rachel Ray Grain Free Dog Food.

  • Picky dog loves!

    By on

Our large breed dog is very fond of it! He can be very picky but mainly because we spoil him with leftovers. But he took to it very well and didnt turn away after a few days. It has kept his interest and we love the variety of flavors. The zero grain selections are a plus.

  • Dogs Love It

I have fed Rachael Ray Zero Grain to my dogs since the product came out and it's the only dry kibble they will eat alone, without cooked chicken added to it. Their stools are also firm and free of discoloration.

  • Love Rachael Ray Zero Grain Products

    By on

My mixed breed dog began suffering from skin irritations, then anal glade issues. I decided to give the grain-free diet a try. Immediate improvement! No more trips to the vet for gland issues; no more itchy, dry flaky spots. Her skin and coat are so much healthier, thicker and shinier. No scratching, no hot spots! She's been on this diet over a year now, and still no issues. My only regret is that I waited so long to give it a try!

  • Good Product

    By on

My dogs normally get Blue Buffalo Grain Free foods, but they were getting bored thus I purchased this Rachel Ray food. They love it! One of the best things about Chewy is the fact that I, at 68, do not have to haul the big bags of food into the cart, out to the car, into the house. I love it! Also, Chewy is less expensive than going to the stores. The snacks I use are a lot less expensive thru Chewy!!

I recently switched from Taste of the Wild to Orijen. My Maltese had gotten fat and my vet told me to find a lower protein food. She had also developed a heart murmur, which my vet told me was due to a diet too high in fat. She has been on Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Natural Chicken & Sweet Potato Recipe Grain-Free Dry Dog Food for one week now and has already lost some weight! I am optimistic that the lower fat diet will help her heart, as the veterinary cardiologist confirmed that lower fat diets are better for the heart. She absolutely loves this food. My puppies seem to really enjoy this food. Also, their stools are more formed since switching from blue buffalo to the RR zero grain. I would recommend!
