I would like to order the Billy Face Birdhouse to add to my collection but I am hesitant on ordering this product because in the picture you cannot see and opening in the face to the bird house

The opening is in the nose of the face so it is difficult to see. At this time, we do not have additional photos of the birdhouse.
Where do the birds enter? Can it be attached to a wall -IOW does it have a flat back?

The opening for a bird to enter is through the nose. It can be easily hung on a wall or fastened to a tree by using a single nail. You can also use the included jute rope to suspend it from any tree branch or overhang. The back will be flat so it could be hung on a wall, if wanted.
Is there a way that you can open this up for cleaning on the inside?

This bird house does not open but features a clean-out hole to facilitate tidying.
