After only a couple of weeks I let my dog out with the collar on and she came back without it. That has never happened with a collar before. Luckily I have a fenced yard. How the latch managed to pop I have no idea. Will try again but if it happens again it will be trash.

Good for our Rotwellier since it is big enough for anyone to see without getting too close to her mouth.

The tags are nice but too heavy for a small dog and maybe even a medium dog. I was disappointed.

This tag is very high quality. Exceptionally strong, attractive and easy to read. I certainly would order again for another dog.

This tag is actually beautifully made and extremely sturdy, the issue is that it is so heavy that, when added to our dog's other tags (rabies tag from our town, her name and address tag) it is too heavy for her skinny neck (she's heeler/cattle dog, very skinny)...this is not a fault of the company or the product by any means, it is my fault for being somewhat ignorant as to the weight of the item.

The tag seems to be made of good quality, however the engraving is so faint I already can't read the phone number and he's only been wearing it for 3 weeks. I would like to exchange this for one that is engraved deeper if possible if not I would like a refund.

Loved the look of this but 5 months in when changing out for a new collar we discovered the engraving was gone! Can no longer read name or phone contacts which is the point of the tag!!
