Poor Engraving

The tag is sturdy and the color is vibrant but the engraving is very difficult to read. Either the engraving needs to be deeper or colored. I threw it away.

Writing so small on 1st line

Very cute tag, got scratched right away, oh well. My complaint is that the font size is according to how many letters/characters are on the line. So name is very small but town (next line down, much shorter) is huge. Looks goofy. Just make the all the lines in the same font size.... shouldn't be hard.

Very cute. Impossible jump ring

This tag is very cute and well made. My only complaint is the jump ring. Because it’s thicker than most and obviously made to be very secure, it is extremely difficult to manipulate and open on the very small tags. I had to replace mine with something I could get around the collar’s D-ring. I still love the tag though!
