  • Something Has Changed

    By on

I have been giving these to my 3 dogs for about a year (usually 1-2 times/week), and loved them ... I loved that they were “natural” and didn’t have a funky smell or any weird flavor coating on them, and that all my dogs loved them. The last 2 bags I have gotten have been a little too “natural”, containing what appears to be ground up cow meat/skin in the inner coil of the ear and cow hair still on some of the ears. I don’t know what has changed in their process, but something has. Now I’m on the hunt for another brand.

  • Great Chews

    By on

I got these for my Toller pup because they're lower in fat than pig ears. He loves them and they keep him busy for a few minutes. As an added bonus they help clean his teeth. :-) The ears are mostly a good size, we got a couple that were kinda runty and one that was discolored. Other than that I've been super happy with them.

  • Whiff tests each ear

    By on

Overall, Brandi seems to like the ears. However, she gives each one a sniff test after I offer it to her then decides whether or not she will take it. Some are more readily taken while others are totally rejected. Strange.

  • Good but not long lasting

    By on

My 50 lb puppy finished this in literally under 2 minutes. I thought this would last a little longer. She liked it though, and it was all I needed to get up to the $49 for free shipping.

  • My Dog Loves These

    By on Top 250 Contributor

Cooper, a 70-lb Golden Retriever, really enjoys these! They only last him about 15 minutes, but they they are very large, high quality, and odorless. Furthermore, my pup has no issues digesting these. To the contrary, they actually firm up my dog's stool. I also like that they don't have a greasy residue and don't leave a mess around the house. The best time to buy these are when chewy puts them on sale, making them by far the best bargain on cow ears by a long shot.

  • Better than pig ears

    By on Top 250 Contributor

My dogs really enjoy cow ears! My large dogs try to eat these really fast but they are a lot softer and less brittle than pig ears, so I feel more at ease when they try to swallow pieces. They are digestible and we have never had any problems with these. Great for all breeds!

Gave these to my 13 week old puppy and she loves them. Only thing is the smell is sooo bad I have to give them to her outside!

  • Too big for smaller dogs

    By on

These are far too big for smaller dogs like mine even though the description says "All Breeds, Small Breeds, Medium Breeds, Large Breeds".
