Cheap Dissapointment
I'd return it if I could. The frame is light and cheap, the powder coating is chipping off and painted over with acrylic in spots. The pads are all irregular and the fabric is taped together and not even completely. Save yourself and get anything else. It's trash.
IT SMELLS SO BAD
It’s very nice looking and I think my cats will eventually like it but IT SMELLS SO BAD. IT SMELLS SOOOOOOOO BAAAAAAAAAAAD. That fresh-out-of-the-box factory formaldehyde chemical smell. It’s triggered a migraine for me. I built it last night and hoped the smell might abate by the morning, but it didn’t. And then I hoped the smell might lessen by the time I got home from work, but it didn’t. I’ve doused the thing in baking soda and used some other home-remedy style tricks that seemed to work for a short amount of time, but the smell came back after only an hour or two. I’m human. If it smells this bad to me, what must it smell like to my cats? They won’t go near the thing, despite it being next to their other cat tree. I decided to stick the thing on my front porch and spread the cushions out in hopes that the outdoors will help the smell dissipate, but it’s gonna be 29°F and snowing tonight. At least I’m pretty sure it’s under enough cover to not get destroyed. It’s cute. It’s sturdy. Easy to put together. BUT OMG THE SMELL.
Great Product
This is a great product. It arrived in 2 boxes which were packed well. The instructions were easy to follow. Our 6 cats weight ranges from 8 to 12 pounds. It easily holds multiple cats and is very sturdy. I read other reviews which commented about it being unstable. I have not experienced this at all. I recommend not completely tightening each bolt during initial assembly. Only after the final installation of the shelves did I go back and really tighten down all the bolts. Also, the feet are adjustable which aids in leveling the unit. I would definitely recommend this product.
Great Cat Tree
I have multiple cats (one being very large) and they all fit perfectly on this cat tree. It is sturdy, large and attractive. And so much easier to clean than the carpeted cat trees. This was a great purchase!

It fits so well with our other pieces. Our cat loves it already. It is super sturdy and well built materials.
Metropolitan Bookshelf-style Cat Tree
Unfortunately I had to contact the manufacturer to ship the metal parts, as all I got was the wooden shelves/pads at first. Fairly easy to put together, but I will take one star off as it is not stable enough(it wiggles and my cats are 11 & 12 pounds) for the $350. They do supply a wall screw/strap, but because of basic floor moldings, it still will not attach flush-to-wall, so it will still wiggle. One cat likes it the other is still skeptical(wiggle action).

I have not put it together yet but checked and all pieces are in the package. I looks really good. I am sure my girls will love it. Am moving soon and wanted this for the new house. Looks so much better than my current cat trees.
Love how it looks. Cats love it, too
Very nice looking, sturdy, and easy to put together. The cats had a flimsy particle-board and carpet one prior. I put their felt cat cave on the very top shelf and now both cats compete for the top shelf. They don't run up this one like they did the one covered in carpeting, which I prefer, since they almost toppled the previous tower. They now jump from shelf to shelf. The cushions are attached with velcro. I will probably sew 3-sided bolsters for each pad because my cats love the box feeling.
Need to air it out before using
This product has a very strong chemical smell that takes several days to off gas. I hope it wasn't toxic to the cat or us. Now that it's not smelly, we are comfortable having it remain in the house. The cat loves it and uses it often.
Wobbly and came missing pieces
It’s missing the carpet covers for the stairs. Bigger problem, it’s wobbly. When my 15lb cat jumps up the steps it shakes. Makes him unwilling to climb it. Given the price was hoping for a more solid piece.
