I have had this leash for about a week now and have been loving the results. My 9 month Goldendoodle is usually a menace to walk because she pulls and also crosses into my path a lot of the time. I had tried several different methods, harnesses and leashes — none worked. So I normally walk her then run separately afterwards. Well, today I was able to run with her for the first time because this leash has helped so much. I will say, it is a bit concerning when your dog is first adapting to the leash — she was coughing from pulling since it tightens as your dog pulls but it was just a part of the learning process and does not happen anymore. It’s also really nice that she doesn’t have to wear aI have had this leash for about a week now and have been loving the results. My only two negative comments: I wish the design included a secure place to attach a waste bag holder and also, wish it came in more colors.… more

I have a Pitbull and oh man she pulls the leash like a bull! I was doing some research on how to help her stop pulling me every time we go for a walk. A slip lead would be the first leash of choice to help any dog learn how to walk without pulling their owners. I already see a huge difference in our walks together, even though she still needs more progress on walking manners but already she had decreased her pulling on the leash over 80%.
It actually works

Using this on a 2 year old golden retriever who weighs about 60 pounds and pulls like crazy. Works great to quickly slip over his head to take him outside for potty. For actual time outside, we use this and his harness together because there is the potential for him to slip out of it. He is learning to not pull when this is on, I am really surprised, because he can be a wild child.
perfect for flight risk dogs

I foster formerly feral dogs that can spook at just about anything. The rescue I foster for suggested I use slip leads to help prevent the dogs getting loose so I bought these. First foster ended up being terrified of men and tried to bolt when she saw my husband, the lead held tight to her and my wrist and I kept ahold of her until she calmed down enough to come inside the house.

This leash is well made, good looking, and a great price. I really prefer the slip lead type because it's easy on and I never have to worry about it coming off with the collar. I would definitely purchase again.

A little stiff, but out of the 3 leashes I've used my Golden Retriever loves to carry part of the leash in her mouth for most/part of our walks. If she lets go of it she'll start to pull and the thing I like about this leash is you can use it to train like a choke collar, but there are no prongs.
my new go to leash!

This leash is so easy to use and adjust it’s my new go too, I loved it so much I ordered another for my other dog and told all my friends to order one ! I like to fold the leashes in my hand and this is flexible and comfortable enough for me to do that and it’s the perfect thickness I was looking for.

I love slip leads for their ease, security, and the control they provide against pulling without over-correcting. This leash works for both my smaller 25 lb dog (pictured) and my larger 55 lb dog, both Australian cattle dog mixes. It’s sturdy and good quality without being too heavy.

The slip lead is a great tool for any dog. My dog (EBT) especially! My trainer showed us the “figure-8” technique with our lead. Our dog stopped pulling. I’ve had this lead for a few months and is holding up great!
Not the best

It feels super cheap and isn't good quality. Definitely better ones out there.
