Shake before each use. Sprinkle powder thoroughly to soiled areas. Apply to a 2 ft. x 5 ft. area at first to prevent powder from drying out. Using a soft bristle brush, brush the powder until all soil disappears.
If soil/stain remains, apply more powder and continue brushing. Wait 20 minutes and vacuum. Use an empty vacuum bag for best results. Replace cap tightly. Rinse brush and allow to dry. If powder does not vacuum up completely, let stand until carpet is dry, then revacuum. Let wet soils dry before cleaning.

Pet carpet cleaner

This has worked well on old pet stains on our beige carpet - easy to use and happy with the results.

Whoever invented this I need to shake their hand personally! I had old urine stains from y dogs in my beige carpet . I used everything known to man from odoban, baking soda, vinegar, all the carpet cleaners out there. Shampooed this 2 times and the stains smelled horrible and were still visible! My girls are 12 and 11 and are really bad to just go wherever anymore. They use pee pads every now and then and I take them out when I am home but they STIll go in the carpet. Anyway I wish I had this last week before company came for Thanksgiving. So glad I ordered 3 bottles of this!

Disappointing results

I was expecting much more cleaning power since it is made by "Resolve". I bought three canisters of the moist powder, I covered my carpets thoroughly and even used a brush to penetrate the carpet. I let it remain for 1 hour. When I vaccum ed it up it was a let down. I couldn't see any difference. I wouldn't waste my money or time on this product.

Doesn’t do the trick

I was very excited to use this product as I have liked Resolve products in the past. This one however was just okay. It worked slightly but not enough to clean a mud/dirt stain.

Used as directed and did not fully clean a stain from cat barf. The spray bottle of Resolve works much better.

Definitely need more than one bottle

Overall a really great stain remover. I used it in leu of renting one of those big carpet cleaners to try and get the cat smell out of my apartment. My apartment is around 500 square feet and one bottle was just enough to do one layer on all of my exposed carpet. Some of the heavier stained areas definitely need a second round but I think it did lift a lot of dirt and odor. Nothing will work as well as a good old fashion carpet cleaner, but this will help a little.

I used Resolve for 10 yrs. and then moved and couldn't find it. Then I forgot the name and with my last order from you (thanks for auto shipping my kitty's special diet), Lo and Behold there was Resolve on your website. I got two of the moist powder and one spray and ordered some for one of my sons. He loves it as much as I do. I use it on everything even red wine on light carpet. Thank You Chewy and for supporting Dr. Jeff Young and his efforts to help all pets.
