ROAD iD Personalized Dog ID Tag

I bought one for my new pup after trying original with my first puppy. The first one I added like 4 lines so I expected the size to be small. This time, I chose only two lines, her name and my cell. The name is legible but the cell on the 2nd line is so small. Very hard to read. The manufacturer needs to find a way so that rhe 2nd line is legible. I like that it doesn't make noise when it is on and it stays on pretty well.

I love this style of tag! As a household with sensitivities to sounds (small, big, repetitive, etc) and a light sleeper, these tags are the best! They are so quiet and I love the ability to easily move them from collar to collar, given our selection of seasonal collars in our collection.

The font for the phone number is way too small. Looked like it would be much wider from the image. I only have 3 lines on my, one name and 2 phone numbers. Seems like there's plenty of space to make the numbers as big as the name, but you can barely read them.

I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. My dog’s name font is fine, but you need a magnifying glass to read my phone number. I hope he never gets lost and I have to depend on this. Would not buy again and will probably not use.

I like the way it attached and seems well made. Only issue is I ordered a large and it looks like a small. It’s only about 1” x1/2” or so and for a large dog barely fits around 2” collar. They should consider marking it larger so it’s easier to see if your dog get lost

This name tag is great - no more jingles and we're not worried about it falling off his collar, a win for everyone! We feel a lot more confident that his ears are not being damaged by clinking metal, and even with a little wiggle room (I'm not great at measuring, that was my bad) it still stays secure and safe on the collar. Taking off a star because my dog's name is Portugese and one of the letters/characters was not an available option to have printed. Had to scratch and sharpie it in myself, and will have to continually do that so it doesn't wear off. This is a bummer and feels a bit like systemic exclusion of dog families that do not speak English/have English names. We loved our first one but moved - wanted the phone numbers larger so we left off the new address. Not only was the font smaller on this one (lots of empty space), but the letters cannot be read (they are not engraved just printed)

I love the simplicity and quietness of this tag, however with only two lines (name and number) it is poorly spaced. Her name is way at the top and my number is weirdly centered with the big space. Good quality but poor layout.

The tags are so much smaller and hard to read than I thought. The elastic has to stretch quite a bit to fit into the collar, and one of them felt like it was going to rip. I doubt these will last very long. I had high hopes. Sad.

Ordered this item from Chewy in June 2021, and the band snapped in November 2022 (the engraved tag itself is still fine). We love this tag because it's completely out of the way and doesn't jingle or dangle (we ordered size medium/large in the stainless steel color to go on a 1 inch collar for our 35lb sato rescue). I wrote to Chewy to request a replacement band -- unfortunately, they don't carry any spare parts in their warehouse but they suggested that I contact RoadID directly and provided the contact info. Called RoadID this morning and an actual human being answered the phone right away -- they are replacing the band free of charge and said that this is an item that they're actively working Ordered this item from Chewy in June 2021, and the band snapped in November 2022 (the engraved tag itself is still fine).
