Twice now I've moved into homes with tile floors that had pets in them. Both houses had at least one room with a pet urine smells that knocked you sideways, and dare put some Clorox on there, and it will hit you in the face as you walk in the front door. Enter this Rocco & Roxie. Spray it on, let it dry, wipe it off with a wet cloth. Since I'm sensitive to smells, I mop with some Dawn dish soap, and over the next day or so all the smells from this and the dawn go away leaving the house smell free. Well, sometimes you need to do it again a few days later, pet urine goes DEEP DEEP into grouting. but it never again smells so offensive after the first clean with this stuff. If you are looking at this review, you already understand that pets sometimes have accidents, (and sometimes they just get mad and make a mess somewhere as payback for whatever slight we have committed.) Let me save some time right now. Stop looking for an enzyme cleaner that works. You found the only one you are going to ever use again. All the other reviews praising this stuff that seem to good to be true? Well, they really are true. I would gladly pay even more for this stuff. (If you are reading and work for Rocco and Roxie, please skip that last sentence. T hat part is not intended for you to see. And while they seemed to clean it; obviously they weren't removing all the scent because that poor couch would get hit again before it could even get dry. Then I found Rocco and Roxie. I was doubtful it was as good as some of the reviews claimed. A miracle product? I had my doubts, but desperate times and all, right? So I ordered a bottle. And when it came in, i used it on my couch. I soaked that couch with it and walked away for about 2 hours. Then i soaked it down again and walked away. I came back 30-45 mins later with my upholstery cleaner and got started. It was like Heaven suddenly smiled down at me. The pee suddenly could not wait to get away from my couch. Surprise was an understatement. I had been cleaning that couch almost daily lately and really felt like I was getting it clean just not clean enough to stop them remarking it. Holy..! I was wrong. I hadn't been getting it nearly as well as I thought. Even though I was cleaning it til the water seemed clear and nothing glowed with a black light, I was shocked at what came out of that upholstery after using Rocco and Roxie. I will never live without this stuff ever again. So if you are still here reading this and considering, please do us both a favor and just hit the buy button. You will be sooo glad you did. it will shut me up and get rid of any gross your fur baby might make accidentally (or on purpose) around your house. Just buy it please... Now... … more

Read previous reviews. Hopeful this product would live up to its promise. It did not remove old urine stains as stated. Tried it twice on the same stain. Disappointed

Didn’t like product, didn’t work. Easter of money.

This stuff works!!!! My sweet little pup happens to have frequent accidents in my apartment, and Rocco & Roxie has been the only formula I’ve found that can pull those deep tinkle stains out of our carpet! Directions are awesome and so easy too, doesn’t require a bunch of “elbow grease” to work well. Will definitely recommend and continue to purchase!

This stuff is the only product we’ve found that truly eliminates odors and stains we order it by the gallon jug! We have Great Danes!

Followed directions and puppy went back and peed on each spot that was treated.

Never thought I'd love a stain remover, but WOW this product is fantastic. It was on the higher end price-wise, but has been 100% worth it! It's removed all accident stains and honestly smells nice too - sort of like peppermint, and not chemically at all. And thanks to the enzymes, she's never returned to the same spot. 5 stars!

We have a small dog that marks and a cat that has issues using a litterbox. We are repeat buyers of this product. Works great on our carpets, and our unsealed concrete to remove odor and even the staining. Product smells great, like Simple Green. We recommend this to everyone.

The best! Got this to save my white carpets and it's delivered through vomit, diarrhea, and all the other messes that come with a puppy. I got a gallon of it to refill this bottle a few weeks later!
