Transition Instructions

We recommend at least a 7-day transition before you begin feeding the new food exclusively. Start by mixing 75% of the old diet with 25% of the new diet on Day 1 and Day 2. On Day 3 and Day 4, mix 50% of the old diet with 50% of the new diet. On Day 5 and Day 6, mix 25% of the old diet with 75% of the new diet. On the 7th day, you can feed the new food exclusively. This allows your pet’s digestive system to smoothly adapt to the new food.

It's a hit with my cat

    By on

When my diabetic cat was put on Glucobalance, my non-diabetic cat liked it better than what he was eating and kept trying to steal it. So I tried Aroma by Royal Canin to keep him out of his brother's food, and it worked! It actually smells pretty good even to a human.

    She ate it all!!

This has to be about the 14th brand I have tried for my senior lady and I was actually greeted with a empty bowl after a few days of feeding her this. Very happy.

    Popular Stuff

Both my cats, a senior and a juvi are very fond to the dry cat food. The juvi will rattle cabinet doors to get at the bag and becomes quite petulant if she isn't provided a bowl of this after her wet food. My hesitation is that my reading about cat food states that carbohydrates are not the good for cats. Diabetes, etc on down the road. I try to serve my kitties small portions of the dry food so I guess it is the equivalent to driving the brats to McDonald's for a happy meal.

    HE LIKES IT!

    By on

My aging Himalayan rescue just stopped eating. He’s perfectly healthy, but he just didn’t seem hungry. The only thing he wanted was his super stinky Greenies. Turns out he’s an aroma eater & lost an entire pound before I figured this out via trial & error. I set this down & he’s eating like he did when he was 4 years younger. Voraciously! My picky eater actually likes something again!

A Must Have for Finicky and Special Needs Cats

    By on

My seventeen year old blind cat would only eat Nutro Max that recently was discontinued. I tried many replacements, but then I remembered once buying Royal Canin Aroma Selective Dry Cat Food for another elderly cat that I had. Now my cat has something nutritious that he will eat! I highly recommend this cat food!

For the first 11/2 yrs we’ve had Gilbert, he has been SUCH a picky eater. We finally discovered thru blood test that he’s not allergic to anything food wise. Mixed in w/ old food that he’s been eating but cheaper quality, he is eating this RC food. So glad we are able to pare back on the cheaper stuff n give him higher quality food like RC. This could be closer to a 5 star rating but don’t want to jinx the experiment.

My cats just loved this food and they probably ate it too fast. It came right back up every time.
