I have a 10 month old frenchie, he doesn’t do well digestion his food. If I wet it and get it soft he can keep it down. Any recommendations ?
Answer by amberkush2007Sep 06, 2021
I love Royal Canine. I use it for my Great Dane, my English Bulldog, and my French Bulldog. I have no problems with this food at all and their coats are so shiny.

My Frenchie is 5 months old, how much should I be feeding her daily!
Answer by ChewyJun 20, 2018
Please refer to the chart below for the recommended feedings for your pup based off weight and age.

When will you have a bigger bag this is ridiculous
Answer by ChewyOct 10, 2019
At this time, the manufacturer only offers a 3 pound bag.

About how many cups are in the three pound bag
Answer by ChewyAug 19, 2019
The 3 pound bag contains approximately 12 cups of kibble.

My Frenchie loves this food

She would eat the whole bag if I let her. The food seems quality and flavorful. I highly recommend this to new frenchie owners.

Great food poor price

I have been raising these dogs for almost 40 years and since I discovered RC these little boulders of rock do great and love it I know many pet owners out there will look for the best wholesome ingredients as the first 5 but I want to inform all that grains are very important just as much as the meats and by products. These dogs digestive systems have not changed since they were wild, a wild animal will always go for the stomach first it has the undigested grains by products as whole animal, The combo of ingredients i believe is well done but give your pups fruit and veggies as treats read what is good.

Trusted Brand

This food is highly marketed, but my frenchies LOVE this food. My vet recommends this food as well. Research supports that low grain foods are NOT healthy for your dog. I have tried other more expensive "real food" fresh dog food brands and my dogs just don't do as well as they do with Royal Canin brand. Another point: Frenchbulldog's take in too much air when they eat and drink (unless you have a specially designed scoop dish), this foods "cashew-shaped" kibble makes it much easier for your frenchie to eat without taking in too much air. If your Frenchbulldog isn't keen on the food, mix a small amount of green beans with it...they'll love it.

Mimosa APPROVES

My Frenchie had been having a hard time getting the right food, her vet recommended this food &’ it’s been a game changer! Not only has she been less gassy but also more happy &’ looks forward to her breakfast and dinner! Won’t be disappointed! Best purchase ever!

Hank Does Not Approve

Our Frenchie Hank absolutely hated this puppy food. Not only did he refuse to eat it, he acted like it was the worst thing we ever put in front of him. After doing some research on this puppy food, it appears this food is well marketed, but not actually nutritious or good for a growing puppy. I'm so happy we stopped trying to make this puppy food work for Hank, and instead we switched him over to something much better and more wholesome for his growing body. Beware!

Excellent Food

This is worth every penny. I’ve been feeding my fur babies RC for 15 years now and Im very happy with the quality. Frenchies can have skin issues and other issues often related to poor diet. I highly recommend this food.

Expensive Royal Canin

My puppies like the food, but you can only purchase it in a 3 lb bag! When you have a small litter to feed they go through it. And the price “Yikes” it’s like $7.50 per pound of food absurd. I would recommend seeking out similar recipes like Hills Science or (?) . I love shopping Chewy , but Royal Canin with its Royal prices has lost my business,

Royal Canine Food

I always purchased Royal Canine for Maltese. Unfortunately inventory was depleted. So this was suggested major mistake the bites were to large and my dog had no interest in eating the product. Unfortunately since the bag was open I had to toss.
