My cats have been eating this food for years and I will likely never change that - it simply works best and keeps them healthy. However, over the last year the formula is very unreliable. Even within the same box of 12, there will be cans that are actual thin slices in gravy and cans that have thin slices My cats have been eating this food for years and I will likely never change that - it simply works best and keeps them healthy. However, over the last year the formula is very unreliable. Even within the same box of 12, there will be cans that are actual thin slices in gravy and cans that have thin slices but no gravy. I assume this is because sometimes the slices soak up the gravy. That's really annoying because my cats are big in texture and demand gravy - so, sometimes they won't touch their plates and I end up throwing a whole meal out. Considering this food is on the pricier side, that's very frustrating. I plan to email the manufacturer but wanted to post here as well for others to know that it's been quite inconsistent for whatever reason. … more

The food in the 12 packs were watery and some of it was bad. The cats would not eat it, or I had to use twice as much because the cans had so little meat. Trying to get replacements has been impossible so far. Chewy insists I have to get the exact product, not a larger size, or I cannot get any credit The food in the 12 packs were watery and some of it was bad. Cats love Royal Canin
By SMCRL on Apr 20, 2021
Our fussy cats eat this and the hairball variety very well. I have to smash the meaty bits for them, but they really like this.

My cats love this food. It's easy for them to digest. I haven't had any problems of vomiting since I've put them on it.

Cats Give It 5 Paws Up
By BurmeseBoys on Apr 12, 2021 top1000Contributor
The hands-down favorite of my 3 spoiled, picky eaters. It's hearty and meaty with generous gravy (but not watery). It's not grain-free, however, and 1st two ingredients are chicken and pork by-products. The next several ingredients include primary animal proteins. Two of my cats have sensitive stomachs and regurgitate their food occasionally. This food has alleviated the problem to some degree, and and my 13 yr old, in particular, has a better coat and muscle tone. Very pleased!

Royal canin for cats

Both my cats eat this without any negative aftereffects. The pre and probiotics help with digestive issues. The difficulty is getting the royal canin dry cat food.

Wonderful solution.
By Alicia on Mar 31, 2021
My cat is getting older, and her tummy problems are only getting worse. She cannot process dry food anymore, she just pukes it back up. But if I space out a can and a half every day so that she gets three small meals of this- she’s perfectly happy. My vet remarked that her demeanor is perfect for her age and her weight/coat are very healthy. This food helped her feel better and I’m grateful!

They cleaned their bowl
By frostyandbuddy on Mar 31, 2021
I can’t believe how much they like this food. They are both senior males at 14 and 7 and don’t really have any issues, but I noticed better digestion and low odor. They are usually picky and only like to lick the juices from can food but they gobble every last bite of this. They also get a Blue Buffalo dry food to nibble on. I try to find higher protein and less carbs. This meets that criteria.

I knew Chewys was fast but I hadn’t clued in to just how fast. Last night I ordered my cat’s favorite food at 6:30pm. At 9:30 I received an email that it had shipped. At 9:45 this morning it was on my doorstep. I can’t believe it! Beats driving somewhere else to pick it up.
