    Only food for baby cats

    I foster newborn kittens. This is the only food (and baby cat kibble) that I will feed my fosters. It is gentle on their tummies and cuts down on intestinal distress. It is easy for them to eat and they just LOVE it. Great for nursing momma cats too. Especially if the kittens weren't weaned properly, I foster newborn kittens.     Not the same formula

    We have been getting Royal Cainin Mother and Babycat food since we took in a pregnant stray two months ago. We did purchase the 5.8 ounce cans so we were very disappointed to find only the 5.1 ounce cans at the same price. It was even more disappointing to realize the formula has changed and our now We have been getting Royal Cainin Mother and Babycat food since we took in a pregnant stray two months ago. We did purchase the 5.8 ounce cans so we were very disappointed to find only the 5.1 ounce cans at the same price. It was even more disappointing to realize the formula has changed and our now weaning kittens are completely uninterested in the food at this critical time in their development. Even Royal Cainin's website indicates the formula has changed and has done away the chicken byproduct. Much of the food is filler and I will be transitioning to another food. … more
