I let her pick which food she preferred...
By Prissy on Feb 22, 2022
I inherited my Mom's companion and so I wasn't familiar with poodles right away. I continued to feed her the food brand that I found at Mom's house but she didn't seem to like it much and I had to coax her to eat. So I started experimenting with introducing different foods and she picked Royal Canin. Since getting to know her better I have grown to love this little gal, who is becoming a senior herself. I feel that for her years of companion service to Mom and now as my new best friend she deserves the best food available.

He eats it!
By Charlie on Jun 21, 2021
My picky poodle is 2 years old, 16 lbs, and has been with us for a week so far. He would not eat the kibble our hound eats. None of the three types we rotate. I was cooking and processing chicken, oats, and carrots for him until I googled “dry poodle food” and found this breed-specific food. It took a little hand feeding at first, but he eats it right up. First ingredient is corn. It figures something with crunch would have a primary ingredient like that. I haven’t tried the canned food. If I fed him only this canned food, the four 3-oz cans would be gone in day.
