My cats really enjoyed this . . .

    By on

First off I want to thank you Chewy, for the amazing fast service. I ordered it one day and it was there the next. My two girls are indoor cats. Very fussy about the food no matter how hungry they are and they really did enjoy this

    Our fussy cat loves this!

    By on

We have three cats- the other two are on special foods and the one that doesn’t have RX food wasn’t liking any food I bought her! She however loved her little sisters UTI food by Royal Canin so I found this one and she loves it! Only wish it came in larger size bags and wasn’t so expensive!!

My Siamese consistently chooses this one

    By on

I always let my Siamese girl choose her own food---since she is excellent about self-regulating, in addition to her normal wet food, she always gets a choice of two types of dry food in side-by-side bowls. In the past, the taste test has included the other Royal Canin "special" varieties, such as Savor Selective and Aromatic Selective, in addition to Royal Canin Indoor Light, Royal Canin Siamese, and Royal Canin Dental. She will occasionally graze a little from these flavors, but the one that she consistently chooses without hesitation is the Protein Selective. It must smell and taste pretty good if she consistently chooses it--so I make sure I never run out of what she likes. It’s good dry food

    By on

My two Maine coons had no trouble converting to the recipe. This formula has the highest protein content I could find, which helps with their blood sugar control.

    My cat doesn't like it

    By on

I've been trying out different cat foods because my cat is finicky. Tried this one thinking it might suit his palet but he doesn't like it so I won't being reordering. That's not to say other cats won't. My cat likes bread so maybe that's why a protein based food is not his thing.

    Good Food For Digestive Issues

    By on

Very happy with this food. I have several cat's, but one with digestive problems, to where almost everything I give her, will go straight through her and give her a loose stool. She has long hair, which makes it even worse on both of us :( I have been able to use four different varieties of the Royal Canin with good results. The only can food that I have been able to find that works, is Doctors Foster + Smith. I hope that Chewy will someday, add them to their list of available foods.

Royal Canin Selective Protein Preference 3lb Bag - Bring Back 6lb bag Please!

    By on

I have 5 cats and tried to find a brand that all my cats would eat. They all eat this one! Was disappointed in the new larger kibble. I have 2 Maine Coons so no problem. But I have 3 smaller breeds and one with a mouth problem. Please bring back the 6lb bag!!!

    Kitties love it!

    By on

I was looking for a higher protein food that all 3 kitties would eat and I've tried even more expensive foods made in smaller batches. This is a dry food they all eat and seems to fill them up. I am only upset that apparently Royal Canin is "re-formulating" the recipe and I cannot order the 6# bag at this time at Chewy.com, only the 3# bag which won't last long at my house!
