    cat finally is keeping food down

    Our Tony is 3.5 years old with 10k spent on vet bills(this doesn’t include food) for vomiting and refusing to eat . Poor thing has had many ultrasounds and X-rays thinking he might had swallowed something. Nothing. He has also had 2 endoscopes and the vets have come to conclusion that he has allergies Our Tony is 3.5 years old with 10k spent on vet bills(this doesn’t include food) for vomiting and refusing to eat . He has also had 2 endoscopes and the vets have come to conclusion that he has allergies and sensitive stomach. He loves this food. Yes it is expensive but so are vet bills! Only problem it is the 2bd time it has been back ordered. I find myself in a panic looking elsewhere as my backup until chewey can send. Puts me in panic. Today i was running around making phone calls and most stores are out if it. So sticking up. Why the back order? Short supply due to Easter? … more

    Lack of communication by Royal Canin - very disappointed

    Please note that this feedback is not for this food, but for Royal Canin as a company and their lack of communication.The is THE ONLY FOOD that my cat can eat due to her health condition, and unfortunately Royal Canin has been very disrespectful toward their customers with lack of response why is this Please note that this feedback is not for this food, but for Royal Canin as a company and their lack of communication.The is THE ONLY FOOD that my cat can eat due to her health condition, and unfortunately Royal Canin has been very disrespectful toward their customers with lack of response why is this food out of stock and when can we expect it. We all love our animals and would do anything we can to keep them healthy. Many animals depend on this formula that has been out of stock since January. There is no vet clinic or reseller where this food can be found and with my last pack, I am scared for health of my cat. I really hope that Royal Canin will come with some valid response of what can we expect- if food will be back in stock or not, that is the least they can do. … more
