    Both dogs like it

    This was recommended for my 11-year-old doxy mix rescue, Oscar, when he was diagnosed as diabetic. I had doubt he would eat it, as he had been spoiled to eating a lot of people food. I mixed it with a bit of canned beef and barley food, pumpkin, and boiled chicken breast and soon he was cleaning his bowl and wanting a few dry pieces as a treat afterward. When my other dog, Bella, saw Oscar enjoying these pieces she had to try too, so now they both like it. It is a win-win as both needed to lose weight and are doing so and Oscar's sugar is coming under control with this food and insulin. … more

    New Formula isn't working

    We've been using glycobalance for close to a year now. Our diabetic dog was stable on her insulin with this food, but they changed the formula a few months ago and my dog is no longer stable on her insulin. I'm not sure if it's just unlucky, but we weren't warned of a change so it's unfortunate we have We've been using glycobalance for close to a year now.
