I read other reviews and someone said it would fit a dog with a small head and sausage like body and I thought this would be perfect for our Basset Hound because he fits those specifications. Though, this still didn’t work. The guy on top won’t stay sitting up so this is being returned.

This is so cute but the Bantha is very soft and doesn’t “stand up” at all so other than the cute little hood you can’t tell what the costume is.

I bought it for my German Shepard but it is too small. It’s too big for my shihtzus as well. It’s a cute costume for a medium size dog.

I have a medium sized dog (big belly) and I can't get the costume to stay on. The head gear is very small and looks like it's made for a small (corgi) dog. There is absolutely no way the straps will fit around her neck, which means the little sand dude won't sit upright. I really wanted this to work but unfortunately I will have to return it. The product seems to be made well and would likely work really well on a smaller breed.

We bought this for our husky as we are all doing a Star Wars theme for Halloween - the costume was cute but was nowhere near able to fit my dog. The straps around her stomach were way too big and the hat portion was tiny. I wish it would have fit but altering it wouldn’t even work.

Unless your dog has an absolutely TINY head and a large sausage-like body, this won't work. I don't know what kind of dog they designed this for, but the costume didn't fit any of the dogs I tried it with. Definitely don't buy this. Pretty disappointing, if they adjusted the fit it would be a super cute costume! Chewy is great, and refunded me the price of the costume.

This costume is not 1 size fits all I have a beagle and the head piece does not fit him, I will have alter it I am not happy about it if you have a dog that is 30 lbs do not buy it

While I had high hopes for this costume, I found that the one size fits all concept is far from true. I have a roughly 32 pound corgi and had to have the two straps around her belly resewn to much small dimensions. Also, the head piece is far too small for her, so I can only imagine how bad it would be for large dogs. Because of the head piece being so small, the horns don't hang correctly and look more like tusks. Lastly, the rider needs to have something stiff inserted in order to keep him upright. He just falls backwards and pulls the entire thing to the side and drags on the floor. The costume in theory is great but the rider doesn't sit well and with every body shake the rider ends up upside down under dogs belly

The costume is of ok quality, but the straps to the outfit are horribly off. The head straps was to small and the body straps to large. I had to tailor the outfit to fit my dog. I was extremely disappointed and I didn’t have time to return and get a new outfit before Halloween.
