Description

Rufus & Coco Wee Kitty Clumping Cat Litter uses corn as a revolutionary new way to handle your litter box. This litter absorbs 4 times its own weight and once soiled, forms scoopable clumps. It's low tracking to reduce mess and its natural odor control cuts down the stink. Rufus & Coco Wee Kitty Clumping Cat Litter also breaks down when immersed in liquid and is flushable for convenient disposal.

Key Benefits
  • Made from natural, biodegradable corn.
  • Litter breaks down when immersed in liquid and is flushable.
  • Absorbs 4x its own weight when in liquid and forms scoopable clumps.
  • Odor control helps to remove ammonia from litter.
  • Low tracking litter to cut down on the mess.
Precautions

Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.

    Environmentally friendly

By Yuliya on Apr 5, 2021

This litter is great. Tracks very little and not very far. Maybe I only see it because my kitty is an aggressive kicker. She gets a gold medal for poop coverage. Environmentally friendly since it isn’t clay. Cat likes it. Not too much dust until you get to the last little bit (1/4 cup) in the large bag. I try to withhold some at the end to avoid the dust, but settles quickly. Does not attach to cat claws. Does not smell. Like at all.

Love this cat litter. It never clogs my toilet and is not dusty. Hardly tracks despite being so lite. Best bio litter I have tried.

    One of the worst

By Debbie on Apr 22, 2021

This litter was the worst. I walked into the bedroom and all I could smell was urine! And my cat only used it twice! I donated it to a cat rescue!!

    LOVE THIS LITTER

By PipKit on Dec 31, 2020

My daughter got a kitten in October and knew the litter box would be kept in her room. We first tried Tidy Cat which was recommended by the breeder but it was messy and smelly. The cat tracked it everywhere. Then we used the litter we use for our bunny, Yesterday's News, but it didn't help with the smell. My brother recommended World's Best. It was not as messy or smelly as the first but both were still an issue. Finally we tried Wee Kitty and for the first time in months my daughter's room does not stink. We are all thrilled with this product.

    great, but sooooo dusty

By Andy on Sep 20, 2020

I can see why they changed the new packaging to have "low dust" hidden on the back instead of "no dust" like they previously had right on the front. It's some of the dustiest litter I've used, especially anywhere near the end of the bag. Luckily we have to wear masks so often now cause I always use one when changing the litter now. Otherwise though I do love this litter. I wish I could the the plant/corn one on Chewy but this one is nearly as good. The smell is a bit strange, but not bad and does a great job of holding up over a long time and absorbing the smells. It clumps extremely well for a pellet litter and is flushable too! Not ordering again

    By Jax1 on Sep 25, 2020

When used (upon cleaning) smells like a barn. Clumps are not removed easily due to density. Surprisingly lots of dust when cleaning with sifter. I’m asthmatic so not for me...

    Dusty but flushable

By KittiesInVegas on Sep 6, 2020

I bought pellets thinking they would be less dusty, boy was I wrong. They are super dusty. And don't forget to use a wider holed scooper for cleaning the litter box. The standard size scooper does not work for pellets.

the best clumping litter out there

By Roksiak on May 29, 2020

This is by far the best litter I’ve used, and believe me I tried many. I’m a foster and sometimes have 8-10 kittens at the time in 1 room. This litter has the best odor control out there, low tracking, and clumps beautifully. The only con is a bit dusty, but really with all the pros I don’t care.

Ziggy and Charlie LOVE this litter!!!

    By 520maggie on Mar 22, 2020

We recently switched from a clay based litter to Rufus & Coco corn litter and couldn’t be happier! This litter lasts an incredibly long time & does a fantastic job at absorbing odors. It is less messy, better for the environment and is saving us so much money because it lasts so long. Our kitten, Ziggy really likes that it doesn’t stick to her nose like clay litter used to. Extra bonus is that this is a small business, owned by a woman! We learned about this litter through the Catexplorer podcast, and are so happy we made the switch to a sustainable product! No more filling up our recycling bin with big litter boxes, and no more guilt about sending bags of dirty litter to the landfill. Pros Outway Cons

By StormyMom on Mar 16, 2020

This litter has become the go-to for our little boy. He was having some urinary issues and required a back up litter box. He chooses this for his liquid needs. The clumping works reliably, and the flushability is a bonus. But it does stick to the bottom of the litter box and tracks easily. There is also a definite urine smell that doesn't quite go away. We currently have a household full of animals, specifically two dogs that like to eat the litter. Our solution has been to store this in the tub when we aren't showering. It makes for easy clean up--the pellets dissolve and wash away easy, and there is less tracking in our bathroom. And the bag design is great!
