Precautions

Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.

the best clumping litter out there

    By on

This is by far the best litter I’ve used, and believe me I tried many. I’m a foster and sometimes have 8-10 kittens at the time in 1 room. This litter has the best odor control out there, low tracking, and clumps beautifully. The only con is a bit dusty, but really with all the pros I don’t care.

Ziggy and Charlie LOVE this litter!!!

    By on

We recently switched from a clay based litter to Rufus & Coco corn litter and couldn’t be happier! This litter lasts an incredibly long time & does a fantastic job at absorbing odors. It is less messy, better for the environment and is saving us so much money because it lasts so long. Our kitten, Ziggy really likes that it doesn’t stick to her nose like clay litter used to. Extra bonus is that this is a small business, owned by a woman! We learned about this litter through the Catexplorer podcast, and are so happy we made the switch to a sustainable product! No more filling up our recycling bin with big litter boxes, and no more guilt about sending bags of dirty litter to the landfill. Pros Outway Cons

This litter has become the go-to for our little boy. He was having some urinary issues and required a back up litter box. He chooses this for his liquid needs. The clumping works reliably, and the flushability is a bonus. But it does stick to the bottom of the litter box and tracks easily. There is also a definite urine smell that doesn't quite go away. We currently have a household full of animals, specifically two dogs that like to eat the litter. Our solution has been to store this in the tub when we aren't showering. It makes for easy clean up--the pellets dissolve and wash away easy, and there is less tracking in our bathroom. And the bag design is great! First try for pellets

So far I’ve been using this litter by mixing it half and half with another corn litter (one which does not eliminate odors!) and I think it’s going to be great! Kitty has not minded the switch so far either :)

    Very dusty

    By on

If you use pellet-type litters due to dust issues/allergies, I do not recommend this litter. It's extremely dusty when you pour it out, and leaves a residue all over the room. The clumping feature is nice, however, if you have any older cats who urinate frequently, it doesn't take long for it to form a big soggy mess. Overall I'd say the only reason to try this litter would be if your cat has turned down everything else.

    It’s pretty good

    By on Top 100 Contributor

Great odor control can’t smell urine at all. Now poop’s another story but I can’t say any litter covers that smell but this ones not bad at all and the litter is pretty much fragrant free. Not bad on tracking but cats do manage to toss some of it out! I guess no cat litter is perfect..... unfortunately! The only thing is that it is very dusty, the first time I used it I was very surprised at the amount of dust that came out. So now I watch how I pour and keep my face away, it’s not too bad when you scoop so for right now I’ll stick to this until I find something better.....if it exists!

If you enjoy the stench of feces, this is the right product for you

    By on

I can’t even believe they make a product this horrible. It is seriously so bad. You cannot scoop the litter at all. It does not mask smell in any way shape or form. Be careful if your cats kick litter to cover up poo, if the litter ends in your floor and you try and vacuum it up, you will end up with a jammed vacuum. Seriously worst product I think I have ever purchased.

    Awesome Litter!

    By on

Amazing product! Pro Pet Sitter for 18 years. I have seen many litter options. This product is thin pellets. Low tracking. Costs the pee n poo. No breaking apart when you try to scoop. Absorbs odor. Bag has a handy handle making it easy to carry. Very expensive! They claim 4X longer lasting. Will see. I purchased on Cyber Monday.

    just so so

My cat use tofu cat litter before we come to America, it has nearly no dust, smells like fresh corn, and it’s easy to clean. So when I first search for cat litter in America I was like “Why Americans don’t like tofu cat litter? ??”And now I know why. I’ve never seen any tofu cat litter has so much dust and semll so weird like this....... This cat litter totally changed my mind about tofu cat litter... Luckily I only bought 1 bag, next time I’ll try another brand of tofu cat litter.

good thoughts but not a good product

    By on

Ive got 5 litter boxes and I tried this for two of them. It’s a fine product when you try to mix it with other “sand” litter, but when it goes to its own it’s a extreme condition. Too much dust, easy to broke and too smelly. However the idea of flushing is good.
