I was prescribed RX clay by our vet for our Goldendoodle puppy. He had a problem with loose stools that needed to be firmed up. I have since used this on my other dogs when they have the same problem. I works so well. I sprinkle the appropriate dosage on their food and they eat it up with no problems.
My 16 year old JR has IBD. She is on a prescription canned food plus RxClay and other supplements prescribed by the veterinarian. This product does help to keep her stools normal. She is feed 3 to 4 times a day with one little scoop each meal.
My dog is a 8 month old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and is basically allergic to all meat except salmon and is extremely allergic to chicken and eggs and because of this he eats chicken in things that I don't relise have chicken and is constantly having soft terrible poops and this really helped him get his poops to be firmer and easier to pick up It feels like this is dog Pepto bismol I really like it but the little scoop is annoying but good for measuring it The biggest downside is my dog really doesn't love the flavor he is extremely picky and seems to enjoy his food even less with this but not by much I was able to water it down and feed it to him in some water and he ate it just fine It also does sick to dry food pretty well without water
It does help to remove toxins from the intestine and create a better environment for beneficial bacteria to flourish. I've been administering this for about 2 years, but have since discovered something that works much better with my aging dog's digestive system.
I got this for new foster kittens with diarrhea. Using this along with dewormer from the vet seems to have made a big difference and they have more solid stool than diarrhea now.
Tried this at recommendation of my dog's Oncologist in an effort to firm up his soft stools. Used entire container as directed and it did not work. Very disappointed.
Great Product helped my aged dog for a while stop the liquid diarrhea
So easy to use, just sprinkle some on your dog's food to help solidify their stools and get rid of those stinky poops.
My dog has a RIDICULOUSLY sensitive stomach. Anything other than his food, even his own treats, give him an upset belly. I use this powder for a day or so whenever he gets treats, eats something out of the usual, I especially use it whenever we are traveling (anxious tummy too) & this works WONDERS. Solid poops within 3 days MAXIMUM. No more bland diets all the time, no more waiting it out. Just some plain ole powder & good as new!
Okay, so I have an old kitty, about 15 or 16 years of age. She recently started having attacks of diarreah, One time, she actually collapsed on the ground and was screaming. She started having accidents at night...she would go in the litter box, but when she got out, it was as if she hadn't finished, then she would complete it on my carpet or floor. I started eliminating certain things from her diet, giving her a light bone broth, with just a small amount of cat food. I added prebiotics/probiotics, and also some colloidal silver, and Glandex to her broth. After a couple weeks, and still having problems, I started also adding the clay. Last night was her first good night. I will just hope it continues. So, I am not sure if it's just the clay, or if it is all the things combined...but I am glad to have the clay because she seems to feel better now
