Incomplete information
I was excited to find a simple pressure gate. I opened the box to find a bag of four rubber cups and a screw for each one. They are meant to be installed into my woodwork to hold the gate in place. While this would make it less likely to get knocked down or out of position, i do not want to put holes in my moulding. So I’m hoping to return them. It appears well made and shipping was very rapid.
Watch out!
Our 11 week old Springer pup figured out quickly how to get over it. I had not realized that it needed to be quite a bit higher than its 24 inches, because I was focusing only on the width. Quality is fine, though
Excellent quality
I love the fact that it comes with 4 braces that attach to the walls, makes it very secure. I use the gate to keep the dog out of the cat feeding and litter box area. The 24"" height makes it easy for an adult to 'walk over' it while the cats launch off the top of the gate.

Bought to fit in a doorway/space 30". Description says it fits, "28-inches to 42-inches wide." Guess what's cockeyed leaning against a basket to offer some blockage? Yep that 28-inches to 42-inches wide gate
Not necessarily pressure mounted
The gate works well for kittens since she isn't able to squeeze through and hasn't figured out how to climb it yet. Lower rating because it says that it's pressure mounted, however it comes with wall hardware that is inconvenient for what I needed

Baby gate - bamboo
I bought 3 of these to go in windows in front of the window coverings to protect the blinds. This worked well for my needs. Gates appear to be made very well. I can easily take them down when company comes, etc.
Terrible to unlatch and doesn't fit 28in doorframe
Headline says it all. So annoyed that I waited for this to arrive. There is not a notch that allows the gate to pressure mount in a 28inch doorframe. SO FRUSTRATED! Not to mention it's a true pain to clasp and unclasp. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Good for Dinky Dog
This is good for toy sized dogs. I have a little Shih Tzu/Pomeranian mix. She can go through most of the pet gats with vertical slats or bars, but not this gate. Because she is still a pup in training I need to limit where she goes in the house and this works very well when my attention needs to be on other things. The one down side two this gate, though, is that the latching clip on the tension bar is far too tight, so it is difficult to release. If someone has issues with pain in their hands, such as arthritis, it might be a real problem and this product might not work so well for them. As it is, without any issues with my hands it is very annoying; hence the three stars. I accept it because there aren't many gates that would work for my dog. I'm hoping its will loosen up with use over time, butt the way it is designed I'm not sure that it will. My other gates I have that work in a similar way never had this issue - it's a bad U-clip design on this one.
