can I buy these sunflower for my lovebirds

Some lovebirds do enjoy sunflower seeds. The seeds are highly palatable, preferentially sought after but nutritionally they are like giving candy to a child. Seeds should only be a small part of a balanced diet but should never be the entire diet.

Best seeds out there.

We have a pair of very old Cockatiels that throw everything out of their cage but sunflower seeds. I used to buy the black ones, but they are so small there was too much waste. I tried this brand and I will never go back. the birds love them and eat every seed down to the bottom of the feeders. the product is very clean also!!

Schoen Sunflower Seeds

Our 32 year old African Grey enjoys these Sunflower Seeds! We no longer purchase the Parrot mixed seeds, since she tosses out everything except the sunflower seeds. Less floor clean up for me!

Schoen Farms Striped Sunflower

This was a clean product. No sticks or anything else in the bag, just striped sunflower seeds that I mix with other seeds for my Cardinals and Red capped Woodpecker. Came quickly too

Great product for a great price.

Starlings won't eat it. Have finally starling proofed my yard. Final blow was a 2"x3' piece of wood in the middle of my upside down suet feeder. Not enough room to make contact and attempt to hang, which they actually can do, contrary to conventional bird wisdom.
