Scoopi Doo Dog Poop Scooper

Great simple scooper

After much research on scoopers I settled on this one and it works very well. It works like a tong and I use it to first grab some cut grass (we have a big pile in the yard), then drop the grass on dog poop, then scoop the grass covered poop into a waste bag. This way the poop does not smell, even in the summer heat. I hide the scooper and the waste bag in a yew bush, and reuse the bag later. This scooper allows me to reduce plastic bag use to just one a day. The only thing I don't like about this scooper is its bright color. I would like brown or dark green to make it less conspicuous.

Works ok, but should be longer.

Dog Wisperer

We love our ScoopiDoo! After 2 years of daily use, it still works as good as the day we bought it! A little trick we discovered for cleaning is to soak it in a plastic beach pale filled just above the scoops, with soap water. Comes out clean every time for next use!

Great Product

Scoopi Doo works very well & is easy & convenient. i bought Frisco Pantry Pack Dog Poop Bags so wouldn't have to clean scooper. The two items together are a winner

Great yard scoop, recommend!

I ordered this intending to just use it for small dog, but it works great for big dog too (60 lb). Perfect for picking up and dropping in a can, to conserve poop bags, but I have also tested with a bag and that works well too. I will still use my tall grabber scoop for a full yard clean, but this is perfect for smaller spaces or just something quick.

Not recommended

Broke in less than a year. Do not recommend for long term.

Super Scooper

Was apprehensive about purchasing this scooper. Have 100 lb. BLACK LAB, and truly didn't think it would do the job. Have to tell you, it's the BEST SCOOPER I HAVE EVER USED! Does a great job, doesn't pull out the grass but does great on the poop! The person who invented this is my Hero!

Good size and handles

Our dog poops mostly in our backyard and we "harvest" every couple of days. This has been very handy as we used to turn the poop bag over in our hands to act as a glove and pick up as much as possible. That is tricky and can get messy. This poop scooper is easy to use and we can now fill up each bag without problems and thus use less bags in the long run. The scoops are a good size for our dog's medium-sized "pieces". The handles are comfy to use. 4 stars because the scooper does get poop bits stuck on it, especially if you use the serrated sides.

Great scooper

Love this scooper. Nice heavy plastic that doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart. To save on cleaning all the time I just put whatever size paper towel over the mess and close the scooper around it. Once it’s closed there’s no need to worry about it falling open as the joint is stiffer (not a bad thing!) and you can carry it to the garbage for disposal. Wish it came in different colors, but that’s just vanity on my part haha
