    Charley is a big boy and I had read that with Great Danes it's a good idea to get them sleeping on memory foam early to help avoid joint issues later on. To say I spent my time doing research is an understatement. If i was going to spend 150 bucks on something- it better be good. To say I spent my time doing research is an understatement. If i was going to spend 150 bucks on something- it better be good. While as of this review I have only had the bed for about an hour I wanted to share a few things. 1) Charley couldn't even wait the 2 hours it needs to inflate after shipping to try it out. He is already sleeping on it, which makes me feel hopeful! 2) The quality seems in line with something that has a larger price tag. The material used for the cover appears durable and the removable cover to protect against accidents is appreciated. And 3) Even now, before the mattress has had a chance to fully bounce back-the weight of Charley (105lbs) is not sinking in at any point. His body is fully supported. I will update my review of anything changes-but so far I am impressed. … more

    Impossible to clean, NO COOLING effect

    Cooling - We bought this bed mainly for the cooling aspect, and it turns out the cooling effect is nonexistent. Our dog still chooses the floor because, on the bed, she gets too hot. Fabric - The material is pilly and wrinkly.
