Not effective
I got this in the hopes that it would work for my mother's dog who currently has fleas. We were very short on funds, so I went with a cheaper option in the hopes that the sooner I acted, the better. That probably would've been the case if this product worked. Granted, I don't have a ton a experience with flea/tick treatments, but this was such a wild disappointment. It can take up to 3 weeks to work, so this might be a good option if you don't need effective treatment immediately. After about a week, I noticed that my mother's dog started trembling pretty consistently without an obvious reason. Then when I went to check the skin around where the collar sat, I saw that he had a very red mark that circles the front of his throat. His itching has also not improved, even a little bit. I'm going to just go to Frontline. It works super well for our cats and I'm hoping it'll be better for him than this. I do NOT recommend this collar.
It made me itchy
Dad got this for me and Tanner and Becky. We're Dachshunds. Me and Tanner have short hairs but Becky has long hairs. Mom and Dad put this on me after all of us had a bath. By the end of the day, me and Tanner were all itchy around our necks and Tanner even had to wear the cone of shame. Becky was itchy but she has more hair than me Our necks got all red and sore from scratching and Mom took them off. Dad sprayed some medicine on everyone's neck and after about two days our necks were ok. We thanked Mom and Dad for making our necks better but asked to please not use these flea collars any more.
Can I return it
My dog has been rubbing his eyes and tearing after wearing your product for only a couple of hours. I hope I will not have to take him to the vet.
Great Flea & Tick Collar
We have a miniature schnauzer that is hypo-allergenic. The is one size collar, fit to neck and cut the end off, it works great, we live near the woods. Cheaper than a overpriced shot at the vet.

Waste of money I bought 6 an not one did any good. Will not waste my money on this again
It helps and worth a try
I tried this just as added protection for my dog along with a flea treatment.
Do not risk using
Not even 12 hours after putting this on my dogs it burned my dogs skin and inflamed the area where the collar rested on her neck. Had to to take her to emergency where the injected her with antibiotic and steroid then gave me a topical cream for burn. Oh and as the day went on all my dogs started scratching worse. So I had to remove them all. This collar poisoned my dog. Thank goodness she is okay now.
Sentry collar
This collar turned my dogs neck yellow... She hasn't had it long enough to know if it actually works but do not like what it does to her coat.
Tastes great!
