I purchased this because my inside cat was showing signs of earmites. We have feral cats outside so just thought to try this first. I followed the instructions for treatment and he is no longer spanking his head, pawing at his ears.

I have a feral rescue cat that I've had since he was 8 weeks old, and he has the worst case of ear mites I've ever seen. We've been to the vet several times, and he's had probably 3 professional cleanings in 18 months! We finally decided to give this a try. I will say, there is a significant difference I have a feral rescue cat that I've had since he was 8 weeks old, and he has the worst case of ear mites I've ever seen. I will say, there is a significant difference in the amount of "dirt" in his ears, but it's still there, and keeps coming back! He also doesn't like the way it feels and his ears get really irritated after use (the irritation is temporary). I think the affective-ness depends on the cat, and I think our boy's ears may be too tricky for this product. … more

follow directions

If you do any research on how to get rid of ear mites you will learn that olive oil, coconut oil, almond oil all help with getting rid of ear mites. The OIL suffocates the mites and thus kills them. So yes this product leaves an oil residue behind. If you follow directions and keep your cat on a flea med you won’t have reoccurring ear mites. Ear mites are caused from fleas. Do you’re research ppl.

Affordable and Effective!
By Roni on Jun 6, 2020
I foster and rescue, and with a new recruit that came in, everybody got ear mites! Everything I do is out of pocket so I’m always looking for a product that’s affordable but good quality and this definitely was go to my standards! My beebs aren’t huge fans but I can’t see any cat liking a medication in their ears :P It definitely helps soothe their itchy ears too!

Seems to Work Okay

Used this for three days twice a day and it seemed to make a small difference in the amount of wax in the cats ears! They are also itching less that I have noticed. Im guessing with a full week of doing this regularly the ear mites would be fully to almost fully gone!
