SENT USED UNIT !!!!!! stains on unit wheels had track marks dust in unit ! Will never use chewy again

My dog is afraid of this vacuum and also sheds too much for it to be worth the purchase. It is not designed to keep a shedding dog owners apartment clean in the sense of just click and go. I still find myself with a cleaner space when I vacuum the floor after using a furminator broom. That i would recommend.

I have been wanting one of these robot vacuums for a while to help lighten the load,I work alot of hours and have two shedding dogs, it gets hard to keep up with dog hair on the floor when I don't have enough time to constantly vacuum, and getting rid of my fur babies is not an option. So when I seen the good reviews on this I thought I would give it a try. So I wasted my hard earned money on this, when I should have waited a little longer to get one that will actually work. It misses alot, it get stuck on every little thing. Needs a completely seamless floor, even going over 1/4 floor changes will get it stuck. Battery life isn’t long either. Does a good job at sliding under low furniture and getting debris off the floor. Puppy doesn’t mind it either.

I’m very satisfied with the purchase of this vacuum robot. I like the way it looks and its very low profile. In addition to cleaning effectively it goes on any surface and it can transition from my hard work floors to my carpets without an issue. There are a few additional features that I like: the remote control that allows for changing the cleaning program, the mopping feature that I use in my kitchen and bathroom and the sound alert you get when the charge is done. Overall good purchase and value for the money.

I purchased this robot to help me keep my hardwood floors fur-free and it does the job well. Our aging beagle is unbothered by it and lets it clean around her bed while she is laying on it. My son is going to college in the fall and we learned that his dorm does not have vacuum cleaners available to students. Since this robot vacuum is so light and space efficient, my son has claimed it to go to college with him. I have an older robot vacuum that I thought I would send with him, but this one is much easier to use--no complicated wifi connections, no translating beeping/lights to error codes--just a simple to use and maintain vacuum.

I absolutely love this vac! This is my second one - the first one is still running strong. I liked it so much that now I have one on both floors of my house. It does well in corners and is shorter than most robot vacs - meaning it can go under lower items than most. The battery stays charged a respectable amount of time and can easily complete my entire (large) fully carpeted living room with ease. One thing that I love that is uncommon compared to some other alternatives is that this vac runs in a defined pattern instead of randomly bouncing from wall to wall. You will not regret this! Especially at the price.

My friend has one of these at her house that gave me a fun scare by rubbing against my feet from under the bed. Being a techy I had to get one. I set it to auto to let it do some fur maintenance on my carpet when I leave the house and don’t have to worry. Gives my pup something to watch

Being an owner of a high-shedding doggo, this vacuum is a lifesaver. I run it once a day to clean up all the pup fur. It manages to clean my whole home which is roughly 1200sq ft on a single charge. It's super easy to use also - just plug it in and turn it on!
