My pooch LOVES this bed
He is coming up on 12 but literally JUMPS into this bed at bedtime. It's not as thick as I would have thought but he doesn't seem to mind and the inner lining is SUPER soft, he snuggles in there all cozy and it's just the cutest thing ever. Only thing I would note is that it was much larger than I expected. Which he also doesn't seem to mind because he gets to stretch out.

Due to my measurements, a bit bigger than expected but firm and well made. Since there are 2 dogs in this household, it will work just fine. Chewy never disappoints.
Excellent
I had other dog beds, but all 3 large dogs wanted in the only Serta Cuddler I had. So I obliged them.
Good but runs small
Dog likes it but he is 124 pounds and the extra large is too small for him.
Decent bed
The dogs love the bed. Can't speak to how it will hold up, and the material is admittedly thinner/cheaper than my other serta beds. But they find it comfortable
Superior comfort my old dog loves
This bed delivered what I was hoping. My old dog needed more support. Once out of the package, I knelt down on it and did not feel the hard floor. Perfect, thanks you

Almost a 5 star item! 4++
For the past 3 years, our cat loves his Serta and surely would have rated it a “5”. I also would have given this bed 5 stars except for two reasons. (1) The washable cover is indeed difficult to take off and (2) While the material of the cover is very smooth and soft, I would prefer it to be somewhat thicker (or denser) so that the cover could be placed in the dryer and still “hold up”. Having gone against Serta’s recommendations to line dry or lay flat to dry (I always put the cover in the dryer on the lowest setting), the cover eventually begins to wear thin and you see some shredding or slight tears in the material. I have to say though that it did a great job serving its purpose for the past 3 years. In hind sight, maybe I should have given this item 5 stars because it was money well spent and I am planning to purchase this same cat bed again.
Not easily washable
While this is a nice bed, deep and snuggly...just what we were looking for our girl, the bed cannot be disassembled to wash. Unless you are willing to pull out the bolster stuffing loose, you must have a extra large washer. For the cost of this bed, extremely disappointed with protection and washablility.
Comfortable Bed
My pup seems to like it and it looks nice. I would have preferred for it to be a bit smaller about 3 to 4 inches.
