Out of the box this toy would not charge. I have tried the reset button, holding every possible combination of the buttons for 5 - 10 seconds, let it sit while dealing with a family emergency and tried again. Hoping it's not too late to return in.
This is very cute. The glow of the lights is very nice too. I like the option modes for running time. The cats liked it, but my foster kittens went absolutely nuts over it. *There's also a little foam ring that goes underneath the unit to catch any cat hair before it gets caught in the wheels. Smart.
Both my toddler and my cat approve of this toy. It's a little loud, but I think that's why it automatically turns off at night. My cat is almost 6 years old and he will still play with it. I like that it has the option to either roam around the house or stay stationary.
Unfortunately, neither kitties showed any interest in playing with it. They watched it for a few minutes when I turned it on... then walked away never to look at it again.
My cat really liked playing with this, but after just 2 months, it won't charge anymore. For the price, it was really disappointing.
My cat is 10 years old - she's not quite sure what to do with it. She just stares at it. Not a good purchase for me.
I have four cats and it they all love it. It's great that I just have to charge the toy and not always worry about batteries
