She loves it but keeps pulling up the sherpa to chew on it.

Sturdy case, good zippers. Small size is big enough for our 12 pound cat. The best thing is the fleece on the bottom -she loves it and sleeps in the carrier. Haven't used it to take her to the vets yet, maybe she will be less willing to go into it after that, we will see

I purchased this for my dog. It was ok I thought it would be a little more sturdy

The opening in the top is so convenient. Especially if you have a stubborn chunky kitty that hates going in a carrier. He loves to scratch up the bottom and sides, so I'm always surprised at how well its held up for the 2 years I've had it. The only negative I've noticed is if your cat happens to pee in the carrier it does not have a full hard bottom. This can unfortunately lead to it leaking through on to your car seat which is not a fun time...

Thought that the carrier would be flimsy. This is my first time buying a bag carrier and this one did not disappoint

My cats love it for going to the vet. The little one (13 months) likes to go in it when I just go outside. It's light and easy to use.

We first purchased this carrier to bring our adopted kitty home since we didn’t want her sitting in a cardboard carrier for an hour while we were driving. She immediately felt very safe and comfortable inside. It’s been several months, and she will sometimes still crawl into the carrier at times (we left it out open in her space). It’s also been great for transporting her to & from the vet. Would absolutely recommend this carrier!

I flew in August 2021 with an 11 pound cat on a Southwest Airlines 737-700 aircraft on a 4 hour flight. The Sherpa medium size bag fit with only an extremely small vertical down crush (which it is designed to do) beneath both the middle and the window seats (I changed seats for another passenger). (I did not try it, but it might not have fit underneath the aisle seat since that underseat space is generally smaller on aircraft.) Note that this medium bag did NOT meet the requirements for Sherpa's Guaranteed On Board program for Southwest Airlines but I had no problems with this medium bag. The small size bag would have been too small for this fully grown cat. I was trying to get my cat comfortable with this new carrier. She hates them and normally will fight and cry. I was shocked to see my cat go in an sleep on her own. So now it just sits in my family room for her pleasure.

We bought this cat carrier for our cat, Tiger. We leave the top open so he jumps in whenever he wants to then sometimes sleeps in there for hours. We did this to prepare him for when we take him on a trip in it so he doesn't panic. It is working.
