    seems to work

By Labmom on Apr 15, 2021

I bought this for walking my lab who pulls and goes crazy when she sees a car or people, I only tried it walking her around the yard, she seemed to not like the sound when she pulled and stopped in her tracks. I think it will work my only worry is other reviews said it broke and I may hook up a second leash incase it breaks she is not one to come back when she goes free she is pretty strong will be trying it on a good walk soon.

    Came off collar

By dogmama on Mar 20, 2021

This comes with a carabineer clip that connects it to the dog's collar. The leash then clips on to this, so this device is between the leash and the collar. I used this for about a week, then yesterday during our walk the clip just came loose from the collar on its own. It just has a section that pushes in to connect it to the collar, and it doesn't latch or anything. With my dog pulling it managed to get just right where it came open and came off. Luckily we were in a safe place and my dog didn't run off, but if that had happened while walking on the path beside the highway it could have ended very badly. If you decide to try this, definitely replace the carabineer clip that comes with it with This comes with a carabineer clip that connects it to the dog's collar. He is extremely high energy, and very driven, and pulls like a sled dog. On the highest setting, I think this may have taken the edge off of slightly at first but certainly didn't stop the pulling. After a few days it almost seemed like he was getting used to it or just didn't care anymore. … more

By Spclkay on Jan 19, 2021

    Poor quality!

By Anne on Dec 7, 2020

We have had this less than a month and the clasp has already broken. Brady can be a puller, but not that hard! It also tends to shut off if it bumps the side of the dog!

    Didn’t work

    By Jld0824 on Jan 2, 2021

Had it on the highest setting and it didn’t deter my dog from pulling at all, he actually bent the clip that comes with it.

    Big 100 Pound dog

By Rover on Dec 31, 2020

The unit seems to work. The hook that attaches to the collar opens and releases the dog. He can then run away.

    It is useless

    By POS1 on Oct 24, 2020

It broke less than half way through the first time using it during a hike. Dont was your money like I did. If I could give it less than one star I would.

    No effect on my puppy

By DiVA on Apr 17, 2020

I have a 10 month Siberian Husky, she might as well be deaf it this device does produce a sound. Never acted like heard a thing. Also the button is easily hit while walking shutting device off and really too heavy and bulky. Would not recommend this device.

    Good idea - poor construction

By Hoppersdad on Mar 26, 2020

This product worked great- for about 3 total walks. After that, the metal clip from the device to the collar broke. We have an average sized boxer mix (60lbs), so if you're dealing with a larger dog, either shy away or independently purchase a heavy duty carabiner clip to replace the one provided, because it will likely break. I'm sure once we replace the clip it will work fine again, but pretty disappointed in the quality of the workmanship.
