These tags have a great selection of colors, are totally quiet, and the black print shows up very well. There's room enough for dog's name, my #, a friend's number for backup, AND my vet's number!
I bought 2 identical ones for our 2 dogs. 1 lasted the other tore apart. My younger very active dog's tag didn't fare well after a month. Quiet against rabies tag like I hoped.
I've bought these before and love everything about them except that the hole should be on the flat part, like all other tags. On my teensy dog I have to add another ring for the Sili which doesn't fit with the other tags. Sort of contradicts the benefit of a lightweight tag.
East to read and durable. Love silicon tags. Why does this have to be f i f t y characters long???
I had originally given this tag only 3 stars but the fact that its reflective boosted it to 4. It lost 1 star for the print being so tiny.
Tag itself was good, nice quality and accurately printed. The metal loop included to hook the tag to a collar was super sharp, so heads up on that. I also should have noticed that the silicone loop goes the wrong direction (for me) to use the clip loop I already have for my dog's collar. It makes the tag hang perpendicular to my dog instead of flat on his chest. The silicone loop is also surprisingly long, and the whole contraption hangs down a lot farther than I expected. That was my bad for not measuring. The real thing I didn't like was getting directly emailed by Silidog (the tag company) after I placed the order through Chewy. I'm sure it says somewhere in the terms that they share my info, but this was weird and felt invasive.
Seemed like a great idea. However, the tag was not durable enough to remain attached to the collar. Gone in less than two weeks. Disappointing because it was cute! Too expensive not to last. Going forward, I will stick with metal.
I’ve ordered this product three times, and the first time everything was perfect. The second time I received the item where the personalization was way off. I called Chewy customer service (which is normally amazing!) and they reordered it for me. When the replacement came in, the personalization was close, but not exactly what I requested in the original order.
This tag is for our Flame Point Siamese cat. It fits very well and doesn't rub on his chest fur like the, previously worn, metal tag did. The quiet of a non- clanking tag is nice for all of us. Plus, we got the blue tag which matches his eyes.
I got this for my pup in August. Loved it. Easy to read, no noise, not too big for him. And three months later, yesterday morning, I noticed him trying to grab it in his mouth. I didn't think much about it until lunch time when I took him out and went to attach his leash and saw it was GONE! I THINK HE ATE IT!!! I can't find it in the house and the gray part attached to the metal ring is still there. I'm hoping it doesn't cause a bowel obstruction, that' san expensive surgery. Waiting to see. So it's a great tag, as long as your pup doesn't rip it off and eat it...
