Say goodbye to pesky, persistent pests and hello to Simparica. This once-a-month tablet gives you an easy, reliable way to protect your dog from fleas and ticks. It's a tasty tablet that works to shield your pet for a full 35 days, killing fleas before they can lay eggs. It helps to prevent home infestations and tick-borne illnesses. Plus, unlike other medications, Simparica doesn't need to be given with food. Simply feed him one chewable tablet, just like a monthly treat, and give your companion the broad-spectrum protection he deserves.

Uses

Simparica kills adult fleas, and is indicated for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations, and the treatment and control of tick infestations from lonenstar ticks, Gulf Coast ticks, American dog tick, black-legged ticks and brown dog ticks for one month in dogs 6 months of age or older and weighing at least 2.8 pounds.

The most frequently reported adverse reactions were vomiting and diarrhea.

FAQ

How Does Simparica Work?

Simparica is a great tasting chewable tablet given orally once a month. It travels in your dog's blood to safely deliver persistent continuous protection against fleas and ticks from day 1 to day 35.

Why protect against fleas and ticks?

Tick-borne diseases represent a widespread and growing public health hazard to dogs (and their human companions), causing debilitating illness and even death. It only takes one tick to spread disease, so continuous protection is critical to help reduce the risk of infection.

Likewise, it only takes a single "pregnant" flea to start an infestation on a dog or in a home. And although fleas are largely perceived as a mere nuisance, they too, can pose health risks to pets and humans.

  • It honestly works!

This is the best stuff in the world!!! My Lamy is allergic to the drops, collars, and sprays. But the vet gave her this then I watched her for 3 hours, to make sure she didn’t react badly, until it started working. At around 3 hours I was seriously afraid until i realized I wasn’t seeing her blood but dead fleas. It killed them all!!! Chewy.com has the best price ever on it too!

  • So far so good!

My dog, just started taking Simperica in Nov. per the Vet’s request. His intense itching in the same area has stopped. He didn’t have any side effects but did seem a little lethargic.

  • Kills ticks dead

    By on

We have recently switched to Simparica for our dogs' anti-flea/tick medication, on the advice of our vet. Next tick we found was so much easier to remove, because it was dead, All ticks found on our dogs since have been dead as well. So much easier to remove, & that is much easier on the dog. Arrived the day after ordering!

I was having a terrible issue with fleas infesting my poor boy. I administer flea medicine between his shoulder blades regularly. This time, to no avail. Chewy and Simparica to the rescue!!! I haven't seen one flea since I gave him a dose. I'm thrilled!

The price was right. The box came flattened, but the pills were fine. The bonus was the Rx is good for a year!

Fantastic product. The pharmacy part was a bit cumbersome, but, other than that, all good.
