  • Don't bother

    By on

My dog walks over it, or he walks past it. Won't even sniff it - and he sniffs EVERYTHING! Has totally ignored it since I put it in...a month ago. I bought two - never bothered to even open the second one. You can lead a dog to the post but you can't make him pee. :(

  • Stray cats be gone!

    By on

I'll admit too that my dogs didn't show much interest. But I did what the back of the package said and took them to the post multiple times, instructing them to go and praising them when they did and now they always go near it. Added bonus, and why I will be purchasing more of these for my yard, THEY KEEP THE STRAY CATS AWAY. I've been looking for humane and cost effective solutions for that for so long and since I put in the pee post, the cats no longer come into that section of my yard. Seriously worth the minimum cost for that alone.

  • No Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No luck getting dog to go in the area of the post - not sure why. I take him there on leash and he will go everytime, but if I let him off leash he'll go elsewhere.

  • Pee Post of no interest at all

    By on

To my chagrin, our dogs (pug and GSD) do not show ANY interest or use the post at all. Even after it had their pee on it. Big disappointment!

  • Didn't work

    By on

The only action it got was when she caught ir in her run. That, and playing with it like it was a toy. Totally ineffective.

  • Not convinced

The boys do not go to the pee post. A waste of money in my opinion. I was hopeful I could get them away from the deck and house.

We have a female puppy and she sniffed it once when we put it in the ground and hasn't gone near it since.

This post did not work for me. My puppy was not interested at all but every little fur baby is different.

Cannot get my dog to go close to the thing. Maybe she will catch on later.
