Sizing description is off!
Small says it's 8"-9", but the picture shows 8"-19". It's neither, holding the small in my hand and the package says 12"-14" which checks. I also have Mediums which are definitely 20"-22" so if your dog is in-between 14" and 20" this brand apparently won't work. Also, I use them as a 'diaper cover' to cover the disposable ones so they can't remove them. This wrap is not absorbent enough to work on its own.
Male dog potty pants
I was surprised they didn't have a liner. They leak. My dog is an old Chug, they feel/look very uncomfortable for him.
Wrong Sizing
The website indicates medium is for dogs 12-23 in, but it's actually for 22-23 in. Chewy refunded me for the item, and I'll try the small for my 16 in. dog.
Great product--NOT eco-friendly packaging!!
Used these wraps ("Speedos") for Rocky for 10 years. [He is a marker, not incontinent.] Love the product and hesitate to change brands. HOWEVER, it is time to stop this unnecessary HARD PLASTIC packaging. It is 2023. Maybe Chewy can pass this suggestion along.
Don't bother
I put these on my dog who has incontinence issues but still tries to make it out. In addition to these, I bought some other brand of reusables and some disposables. Those did great. Even with a liner in this, it failed miserably. Urine leaked all over the place defeating the purpose of having them. I'd send them back, but I don't think they'll take them used.
Not for us
So, this product lasted less than 24 hours in our house. Our not-very-bright beagle managed to wriggle out of it, like Houdini, rendering it useless. A waste of 20 bucks.
A lifesaver for seniors
These are great for my (3) 17 year old shihtzus who are now prone to accidents. I get sanitary napkins, overnight longs with wings which stick on. They’re perfect. I have simple solutions male wraps that are over 15 years old that I’ve used umpteen times for various rescues. The Velcro is just starting to wear out after numerous washings. My dogs range from 13 lbs to 16 lbs and wear a medium.
Comfortable
The size was ok and it worked well with a liner product. I would advise getting the suspenders because on a barrel-chested large dog it tends to slip towards the back. The velcro was good and strong and the product was well made.

Haven't used it yet so no review to give, but the product is exactly what I was looking for.
5 years later
Went thru old orders to find this - doesn’t come up in search for male wrap. Had to go back 5 years - the ones i bought even before that still going strong! I have used 3 sizes & have multiple of each. They are the best I have found for my dogs BUT do not use them solo - they need a disposable pad or diaper underneath. They would work fine for dribblers - but will not hold a full pee! I used these daily for a diabetic & a rescued elderly dog for years. Used them with the cheapest disposables for full coverage & to catch break-thru & also to protect the disposable from being torn off. Found that the other thicker wraps stink after a few washes - they don’t hold as much - and are so much more work keeping clean ones available.
